THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! I almost returned mine, thinking they forgot the mount! Every video i found showed the TV coming with a separate box containing a bracket. The 32” is very different. How kind of you to share your knowledge. This saved me hours of frustration (on top of the hours I’d already spent frustrated!). Did I mention my gratitude? Just in case i didn’t ....THANK YOU!!!
Same for me! It seemed like the brackets were too flush against the wall to hang it, but will give it a go...I had to attach them to a piece of wood to give space for an outlet I wanted to hide, but should work the same way!
Thanks for this! What size drill bit did you use? It’s says 1/8” but that seems too small for the dry wall brackets. Also, did you find studs to handle from? Or just hang on the dry wall? Thanks again!!
Does the remote go through the TV or the one box unit? Was looking to put one in my bedroom but I wouldn't want the one box showing. If that makes sense
We got one recently. TV is great. Good picture and better than expected sound. Has all pretty much all the streaming apps you need (Netflix, Amazon, BBC, Disney+, RUclips, Spotify).
I accidentally threw away the paper that showed me where to drill the holes for the bracket. Does anyone have the measurements I can use? I tried twice using my own brain and failed miserably...
I’m sorry to hear that, but I don’t quite understand. You use the paper to line up the brackets correctly. Once the brackets are on and the screws are inserted in the back of the tv it should slide right on. Didn’t think much else was needed.
yeah, was waiting for that part in the video. I need the TV to be centered and it looks like when you slide it it goes a few cm to the side so I am checking how much to compensate that.
Once the brackets are in place the tv slides onto the brackets. You could take the tv off and put it back whenever you wanted, but the brackets would always be attached to the wall.
I have the same TV model as you. I wonder if you have tiny white shadows in the corners of the screen (visible on a black background, or when changing channels)? Is that normal? I played "TV burn-in-checker|Samsung" clip on youtube, and there are no shadows on red background. I'm really confused.
I’m sorry, we have not experienced this with our tv at all. But I do think there have been major glitches with this first version of the 32 inch. One thing we have noticed is how quickly the batteries run out! Rechargeable batteries are a necessity.
@@MrJongott Can i ask you for a big favour? A lot of people are complaining that apple tv and airplay2 are missing from the 32 inch version. I just been on the chat with samsung and been told the tv has been updated and apple tv is now loaded on the tv. So can confirm that? Thank you in advance.
Jon Gott I did purchase this TV after I spoke with Samsung and been told that apple TV and airplay are on the TV but they are not! It's a massive let down for me. It doesn't even have motion sensor, so it doesn't switch on when you go in to the room! The bigger ones got that. The remote control is not one remote! Anyway I'm glad you are happy with your purchase.

Thanks for this! It's the "we got it hung" missing shot that I'm presently struggling through. Hard to get it lined up.

To be safe I actually added my own anchors because I didn’t have a stud available.
So no studs no problem? I was worried it can fall?
Does the remote go through the TV or the one box unit?

I just got one too and read that the smart connect cable for the 32" isn't approved for in-wall use w/o shielding.
it is not safe. do not do what he did. if it catches fire, his entire house will burn
Heyy Thank you so much for this video...please where can I buy the mount for the TV ?
The mount comes with the TV, you don't have to buy it separately.
That is correct. The mounting brackets are included and very easy to install.
@@MrJongott I'm puzzled by the mounting of the tv. With the small brackets. They appear as though they would be more secure upside down.
Thank you so much you really saved me
I have got to say that I have just got mine up and God. That was hard. Lucky that I know what I am doing with it.
i thought you died doing the ice bucket challenge 6 years ago
Miraculous recovery 🤷♂️
Is there a box you have to hide?
Is the cable ‘In Wall’ rated or did you have to install a conduit in the wall?
That’s a great question. I’ll be honest, I didn’t check. But I did not install conduit.
Great job
How did you hang it. My instructions says about a string?
So the provided anchors can in fact be used in drywall and its not actually just for brick and concrete like it says?
Yes. It comes with drywall anchors as well.
Did it come with two sets of anchors? Or can the red ones be used for drywall OR concrete/brick?
Can the TV be mounted vertical?
Hey, do you know if the screws to put into the TV are purchasable?
Nice tutorial. Can someone tell me if this tv is good? can go to the browser and load streaming sites?
You can download most streaming channels like you would with a roku or fire stick.
We got one recently. TV is great. Good picture and better than expected sound. Has all pretty much all the streaming apps you need (Netflix, Amazon, BBC, Disney+, RUclips, Spotify).
Hello.
To run the cable, how big is the pipe?
Thank you

Why did you cut installing TV on brackets ? I can't understand how to do it without reversing brackets upside down

Hello. Is it possible to put the TV on and off the wall whenever you want, or is it somehow stuck there once it’s up?
Once the brackets are in place the tv slides onto the brackets. You could take the tv off and put it back whenever you wanted, but the brackets would always be attached to the wall.
Very helpful! Thanks!!

Hi, Does the tv set come with the magnetic frame to fit? Or do you have to purchase this separately?
What you see at the end is what you get. You can purchase other “frames” on Amazon or other sites.
Buy the white frame and that’s a perfect touch
Hi, where did you get it from? I found it only at Richer sounds but there is no shop near me. Thanks
We bought and financed ours from the Samsung website.

Ivaylo Vasilev I just looked and cannot find anything as far as Apple TV. I can airplay RUclips and other things, but not through Apple.

This is my problem 1/8 iis too small ....
Make you set the TV to show art mode when motion is detected?
We have it set so when you power off it automatically goes into art mode. I believe it turns itself off after 4hours or so.
Do you know how long the one connect cable is?
I don’t have exact measurements, but around 8ft.
@@MrJongott appreciate the reply, I can’t find any info about it online!!

xbox series x

I got same tv do I need to find stud in wall for the brackets?
No need to find if you use wall anchors.
OH SHIT U SPEAK ENGLISH!!
This was a horrible install video lol
You have a black bezel surrounded by art with white frames??
Why not buy a white bezel for the tv to match the artwork??
Done. This was an installation video. But thanks for the feedback.
