Hi there good question - Welcome Suica Child is for children up to 12 years old. To purchase a Welcome Suica (Child) card, you'll need to provide the child's birth date and ID, such as a passport. A family member can also purchase the card for a child at any Ticket counter at any stations Or PASMO cards for kids can be purchased at Commuter Pass Issuing Offices - same documentation above required
How do I get the number of my Pasmo card? I purchased Shinkansen tickets and could only see the last 4 digits of my digital Pasmo so wasn’t able to link it.

Hi, no withdrawals with an apple wallet SUICA or even with the normal SUICA If you want withdrawals you'd need to check with your bank or get something like a Revolut card
