What a great work! Dumb question maybe: the pe foam above the pcb was not pierced right? How did you mount the switches then? How did the pins not bend? Sorry for any error, I'm italian
@@vjpnce I didn't think u would answer this comment this is 1 month ago lol Also imbuilding a keyboard with these switches and a wooden case and some green and white keycaps so this video was perfect!
the keycaps look soo good! I have a question, I'm planning to buy them, but does them feel good to gaming tho? I think I heard that they are XDA profiles
@@TeaTehMan hah for sure! From my perseptive they're pretty unique! Looking of the keycaps where they have the same height for every row of the keys, I think it'll feel nice to type on!
It depends not as much on the switch but more of the keycaps and case, the case actually comes with some good dampening for the cheap price but you can make it better with some Eva foam, probably 3mm thick. The keycaps also matter as thicker keycaps tend to have a better sound, but it’s all down to preference. This keyboard is a great first because you can definitely experiment with different sounds and switches without breaking the bank, hope you found this helpful.
Para sakin na 3 years sa outemu blue, nabigatan ako sa matcha haha siguro sanayan lang din hehe. Bumigat nung nag tapemod ako ng 2 layers pero siguro depends pa din ss keyboard
Pre lubed switches are ok for casual people but if you want the best results definitely hand lube your own, it will feel way better and you won’t have to take a risk with factory lube which can be inconsistent from switch to switch.
Great build sir, hope to watch some more of this again soon!
lezgooo
Was the enter key upside down? I thought the picture was Mt. Fuji with the sun in the background.
lol I have this exact setup! Love it so much so far!
Literally heaven

because the foam is super thin the pins can easily go through it. :D

Nice build man, may I know what lighting you are using behind your desk/monitor?
just a regular led strip, i just placed it behind my table to diffuse it😁

How does the xda layout feel in gaming?
Great! I game(gamed) with them and type, perfectly fine with no issues.
Pa arbor lods
Build cost?
Masyado bang heavy yung feker matcha?
Heavier than most switches pero very minimal lang naman, barely noticeable po hehe

should i get the pre lubed ones
