Reuniting the Families in San Andreas deserves a place in this list, it was like end of the line and just business merged into one. The chase from the police and the sexual humour(A taste of come) and the conversation between the four GSF members was also equally funny . Definitely my favourite GTA mission ever.

You missed another fact in three leaf clover. It was the second time NIko would meet Luis Lopez From the Ballad of Gay Tony. He was one of the hostages during the bank robbery (the beginning of that dlc game was him Luis recapping the events to his boss Gay Tony).
My favorite moments in general is the mission where micheal is high and skydiving with the cool colors and music/quotes, and also the intro and last moments with the gta theme song and parts of ls
Three Leaf Clover (GTAIV) definitely sticks out for me for a big spectacle combat mission. Some of the missions involving Michael's family I really liked for a chuckle and a break from combat (GTAV). And Get Lost from TLAD for one of the saddest video game ending ever. (GTAIV).
oh, and I forgot to mention both of the ending missions. Really the only part I dislike about those missions is the chopper/boat sections, it’s kinda hard to line up the jump for the bike.
