Ingredients:
1 medium eggplant 🍆
2 potatoes 🥔🥔
2 sweet peppers 🌶️🌶️
2 tomatoes 🍅🍅
1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic
A bunch of parsley 🌿
2 pinches of ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of salt 🧂
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Vegetable oil for frying
