I have a question about the coral you said that died and came back to life. Did you do anything special for it like any supplements of any kind? How did you keep algae from growing on it? I have a pavona that had started to stn and a few polyps are still alive on it and I want it to regrow but green hair algae is growing on it.any help would help thanks
I didn’t do anything special to the coral I just left it in the same frag tank. At the time this happened I didn’t really have an algae issue. If I was in your position I would brush it off and hope for the best. For this situation there really isn’t much else your can do.

Does that fuzzy birdsnest have a name? My green birdnest is fuzzy but not multi colored like yours.
Commonly referred to as green tip pink birdsnest. Live Aquaria usually has them for sale in the ORA coral section.
Adopt a Pocillopora coral at coralgardeners.org so that it can be replanted onto a decimated reef in French Polynesia!
