The 0w-30 D usually meets Fords WSS-M2C950-A oil spec for this engine. It’s best to go with that since the oil type is very important for longevity of the dreadful wet belt
How do you know which oil to use? Ive seen various online such as 5w30 and 5w20 etc. Manual says ask the manufacturer but they just try make me get it done by them.
Cheers guys. Always helpful to get a quick bit of tuition before doing this your yourself. Many thanks.
Happy to help!
Hi I have the same van, does it really take 9.1 litres of oil?
I always change the rubber sump plug washer they only cost about 50p.
Thanks
El aceite del cambio automático como se cambia ..?
Just wondering half way up the dipstick or 3/4
hi, oil filter and oil 9.1 litre
My 19 plate crew cab online manual states 9.1 and 0w30 with 25,000 miles or yearly between changes.
25,000 miles is insane. My van wouldn't go pass 10k servicing for oil
My 19 plate manual says 9.8 litres 0W30
Mine took just over 9 litres, maybe 9.5
Does anyone know what is the difference between 0w30 oil and 0w30d?

@@ORileysAutos I had conflicting answers from different dealers too lol. The majority seem to say 5W30 so I went with that!
