In tier-2 visa from non - EU countries can we work upto 40 hrs a week in the hospital which actually sponser’s us ? Not the agency locum work

Yes, you can have a 40 hour contract if your hospital are willing to offer that contract. However, typically, doctors work 48 hour contracts unless they opt to work more hours.

No, BDI Resourcing does not do locum posts we specialise in substantial placements within the NHS.
There are hundreds of locum agencies who will be able to help when you are in the UK.
