The most UNDERRATED freshwater fish! Fly Fishing for CARP

I have come to love and respect the Common Carp. Most people consider the carp a "trash fish" but what I have come to learn is it is one of the most challenging quarries in fresh water to sight fish with a fly. They have excellent eye sight and if you goof on your presentation, like let your fly hit the water too hard, one flick of the tail and they are gone. It took me one whole year to catch my first carp on the fly and I still get humbled by them 2/3rds of the time. Once you dupe a carp into eating, hold on!!! Its like trying to stop a dump truck!
