Black Swan and Sparkle were my last two characters before I went on a break. I recently returned having missed Acheron, Robin and Adventurine so I'm sad I missed them. I really wish I had Kafka though to use with Black Swan.
If you're interested in DOT characters, Jiao Qiu is coming up after Firefly and Jade. He looks very fun. If you just want a good DPS though, Firefly, and then after her Argenti, are right now about to be available. Firefly is insane, and other than her Argenti is in my opinion the best dps (other than Acheron of course), so I highly recommend them. Jiao Qiu will be amazing for Acheron and Kafka too anyway.
God I wish I joined the game when she had a banner. Started when Acheron Banner was a thing.
Here's to hoping she gets a rerun sometime soon. I'm also hoping for a Seele rerun. Gotta get my Wish brand RWBY.
