The very first line Imagine there is no heaven.. As a Christian and praying to hear God's truth, this is very hard. Why because somehow we have All missed the message to so many Christ died for ..I'm guessing he wrote Imagine there is no heaven because of the wrong understanding of heaven taught or preached too Often..He doesn't want heaven because they don't want to ever think about hell. The song is so hard breaking to me, and that is fine. Why because the truth is Jesus doesn't want hell for anyone either . I only the evil one satan and his deamon friends. Heaven will come down to Earth and be the peaceful wonderful place even better than Jon describes and The more I learn ore than anyone of us can ponder. GOD HELP US ALL SEE TRUTH. THE WORLD iN many people's lives and time is so awful, that most people want the Blane all on you.. But God. Tonight I pray to see and hear truth. Because my heart hearts over the true word of God that was so messed up that they don't even want to think there is going to be a heaven. Thank you because You loved us all so much and died for all.
That's the beauty of music.. It has so many interpretations to so many different people.... Me personally I believe in Heaven and God Almighty but interpreted the song as to take out all the differences that separate us as humans. That could be Religion, race, money, poverty, sexual preference, and possessions that break us into different groups and realize once those shells have been removed we are all the same.. We all bleed ,cry and suffer but without labels we all love the same and become united as one.... Some people it's hard to see God and what's important in his message... So to interpret it in a different way is his amazing way of getting the message to everyone out there who finds it hard to love one another unconditionally due to those shells... But in the end God is love !!💕 . And love is the best thing we can give each other. Once that love is shared everything else falls in place... Thank you for letting me share!!!
