ok your use of the Protanki Armor inspector needs an addendum and would have served the audience way better. If you would have pressed the RED HIGHLIGHTED ANGLE it brings up a new menu. Check the box and push the button and then it will bring up the color pen map. Checking the box allows you to move the camera and not have to press the button to render it over and over. Also make sure you add in all of the modules if you want to see the different values when in the Preview mode using the Modules tab. The game gives you your current config for that tank but you can see any config. You can also pull any current tank in the game into preview by doing it from the tank compare page.
@3:00 "Your vehicle has a minimum spot cylinder". It's actually a sphere as elevation does count. e.g. on Glacier you can sit on top of carrier deck at each end and not be proxy spotted until tanks are almost directly under you.

Because the ambiguous in-game tech tips versus real world experience, I briefly used the Aslains> Aim Helping mods> Aim info>Aiming Timer for it's onscreen 'real-time' aiming countdown. I was upset last night 1st with WOT as I used to win 60-80% of my games now I'm being killed 2 minutes after game starts normally I'll hug a cliff wall but somehow keep being one shot killed with a win ratio of 10% I really think some have working cheats then I really wanted the mods you showed as you made them look so good. As I sat and searched then asked others to help me search this search took all night we ended up with 2 or 3 mods. I'm very impressed at how fast you replied with the exact information I needed thank you so much you turned my totally negative experience into a positive one thanks again 😆

There is only one thing i would really really like to get that is the best places to hit the enemy tank i find evven when i have a clear advantage most times i lose due to not being able to pen the other tank even at point blank range and i end up getting just wreaked most players take me out in 2-3 shots even in my most heavy tanks like my tiger or M6 american heavy class 6. I just lost to a T1 at point blank he was turned sideways and i got the 1st shot in and disabled him i hit him in the side again but almost no damage his shot killed my gunner and injured my commander and took my hp down by almost half. I'm going to look at the shot thing you showed us but i would like to get some kind of weakpoint skin mod can you reccomend a really good one???
I love "crew skill informer"on backspace. I always forget what equipment I'm running an what crew skills I have so having it pop up on backspace is always handy

I do have a mod that shows HP on the player list, but only use it when needed or to relay info if they're a 1-shot etc. I feel the Zoom out a bit of a cheat - being an x-tanker, I like some realism in-game, even though the physics are shite lol.
It is a Cheat. It literally gives you an advantage over anyone who does not have this mod. He even admits to cheating with it, using it to see which way a tank is facing and aiming, where as someone without his mod has no possible way to gain that information. All other mods work either outside the match, or uses information in the game, and just makes it easier to understand. This one give you information, you can not get without this mod. You now have more information, than every other player in the match who doesn't have this mod. That's 100% a cheat. You can even Argue his first mod is also Cheating. Cause while yes, if you watch the Minimap like a hawk, with a pen and note paper, writing down and memorizing every name ever showing up, you'll notice names not showing up. But the 'last locations' eventally fade away. So someone who shows up in the first second, fades away eventally later on. But the Mod remembers you still saw him, even if you never looked at the Minimap and notice him showing up. It gives you information that you would not normally have, especially late game, unless you were dedicated specifically to looking at every ping on the map and memorizing every name. Something most likely only a very rare few people can do. So again, it's giving you information, very hard to get information, no other player would have without that mod. And honestly, I didn't even know this game had mods till just now stumbling over this video, and it makes me question why the heck there are mods. Especially mods that can cheat the game like the Camera mod. Makes me wonder if I look if I'm going to find an Auto-Aim mod, as Auto Aiming IS just using in game information and using that information to Calculate the perfect shot 100% of the time.

If it's the Camera Hack, then while yes it's available information to 'where' a Tank is, what isn't shown anywhere, minimap or otherwise, is where the tank is Facing, or out of view. The Camera Hack gives you that information, information not gained in game, and thus 100% a cheat. If it's the second point, about the Minimap, then it's not the gaining of information that is bad, it's that you are basically cheating the same way of taking a Math Test speedrun vs someone doing the math by hand, and you using a Calculator that has all the possible math equations built in to solve it all in seconds. Here's a bigger point about the first mod shown, the minimap mod. If Botting is Cheating, if Automation is cheating, if you not actually doing anything but have a script, bot, program, or something else doing something for you is cheating, then 100% the first Mod is Cheating. It is a 'Bot' program that while using in game data, is still automation to give you information that would originally require actual work, memory, and dedication to doing it to do. It's no different than a Bot on an MMORPG that Auto chugs potions when low on health, so you the player don't have to focus on healing yourself. Or a bot program that always runs a Macro with the best possible skills so you don't have to worry in a fight and can just focus on moving. It's straight up Automation, only instead of giving you an actual item, it's giving you information you yourself choose to ignore, because the bot automates it for you. It takes away human error, and gives you an edge over someone not using it. Someone with that Minimap mod can go "I have not seen this player, who is driving this tank the whole match. Using that, I can guess he is here, here, or here." And be correct. Where as someone not using the mod would not have access to that information. Just cause a Mod is Free and Open to anyone and everyone is NOT an excuse. Hacks and Bots are free and open to everyone as well. That's how stupid that arguement is. Plus as I mentioned in my post, Even I didn't know Mods existed, as it's not explained, pointed out, or actually a thing in the game or launcher itself. They are third party objects that just happened to be able to effect things in the game, like the UI. The average player probably has no idea mods are a concept that exist for a multiplayer PvP Battle Tank game. As most mods are either for very few MMOs like WoW, or Single Player games only, with Mods very rarely ever effecting Multiplayer at all.

What about the PEN indicator on the receptacle... Its goes from RED to GREEN... I was under the impression that if it's GREEN, you chance of penning in 100%... is that not correct?
I like to use ,skin on destroyed vehicles gray, to see more clearly if enemys can be hit behind wrecks, Using enemies spotted and zoom out now, very useful. put in wrong Server Reticle so I will wait for your next video
People think world of tanks is like chess. The only problem with that is chess has rules and it is fair. When you mod your game, you obviously know more than the other players. This game is not fair at all. It is free to play, pay and hack/mod to win. Bottom line. To make it fair, all mod and paid players need to play with other mod players or paid players.
The first 2 come with XVM and are really all I need, but it's nice to see some people running mods. All the streamers I follow don't run anything. I do think the zoom-out mod is a bit of a cheat though.
For me , only one thing counts : THE VISIBILITY OF THE TWO MARKERS WHICH MUST BE EXTREMELY GOOD .... or during aiming you wonder where is the gun marker especially because before aiming you must find on screen very very fast the markers. CAN YOU HELP ?
Nice job mate, but honestly, Zoom Out mod is kind of cheating. The only mod I'm using is Battle Hits to analyze the game and nothing else just because i'm trying to make my life harder :). Deh, old fashion guy, but it might be useful the Minimum Spot Circle. This is a pain in the ass most of the time when somebody is getting close to you. But still, I'll keep my game free of any mod. All of the mods in the video are legal according to Wargaming (For Now). As a community contributor I wanted to make sure my viewers (and more) are aware of what is available so they can make the decision for themselves. I think even if people don't run any mods, it's still helpful to understand what is available and what other people might be running.

Even, if I would not have found your content interesting, and your gameplay good, you would have not got my like and subscription. I play since 2011, and some mods are considered by some players, not WG (who makes the rules), as a help that should not be allowed. There is the ethernal discussion about hit skins: Many players, as me, consider it should be forbidden, however, it is not. Zoom out would go, in my opinion (just that), to same category. It is just a voluntary decision, at the moment. In any case, as long as the game do not have real and deep anticheat software, like integrity check when launching the program, it wont be possible´... Even then not all could be constestd. Problem is to keep a free to play increasing the costs of it. In conclusion, zoom out is an option I do not like to see, that I think should be banned. But I am sure there are things in game I like a lot, like arty, that many players would like to see banned. Anyways, keep on with your content, I like it.
My personal rule is simple, if wargaming says you can use it, you can. Their rules actually define what cheating is. Any opinion to the contrary is just empty speak from a purest who hasn’t figured out how to use a particular mod can be used to his own advantage (therefore he doesn’t want anyone else to have it). To even suggest that someone other than wargaming has the authority to define cheating in WOT is just stupid. I’ve worked in government before, people love to complain about laws. I always told them talk to your legislators not me. Same here, if you think the zoom mod is cheating tell wargaming. If they agree they’ll add it to the cheating mod list and from that day forward it is cheating. They’ve done exactly that at least once before. Otherwise, STFU. :)
Let's discuss WarPack!!! Who is using it, why is the IP for the download the same as WoT? Who is being punished for using it and why do some get caught and others don't. Are the mods included in WarPack available elsewhere or are people paying their $15 a month simply for the ease of use.
If you're stilling running the WoT Coach's Corner I can't quite get the aiming reticle as you show. Aslain's a bit different but I thought I could figure it out. Also, do you not use the penetration indicator?

1) Yes, for me the mod displays a message in message center on the bottom right to let me know if there is an update available. Once you've installed it the first time, the mod will automatically pre-select all the mods you have already installed. So really you only need to select your mods during the installation once. 2) Yes, it will supersede the in game settings on most things. Some things it does not. For instance if you have the server cross-hair installed, you need to turn it on in the settings for it to work correctly.
#1 IMHO should be auto equipment mounting and demounting. How do you not go bananas without this? I don't understand why that one isn't just added to the game client.
I can't understand everybody going on and on about the zoom out. Number one, it's NOT cheating because WG SAYS it's not cheating. End of that whine. Number two, it's not cheating because SOMEONE on your team has lit the enemy you're zooming on. It's not like the mod finds hidden tanks and lights them. They're already in view. All this mod is doing is taking the info someone already sees and is relating it to you just as if a teammate had called you on the radio and said, "the tank you're around the corner from is looking away from you." All of these mods are available to everybody. If you're not using them you're choosing to gimp yourself, your own fault there. It's like everyone can play with their monitor turned on or off and people are complaining because some people decide to press the ON button on theirs while the moaners continue staring at a black screen and saying it's just not fair. I bet these "purists" aren't this worried about the gold ammo cheat.

great video, but i have a question about your zoom out mod, i use aslain mod pack to install my mods, but there's a words "illegal mod" on the side of this zoom out mod. yes i still can select to install it but i'm worry about i will be ban by WG so i never select it. i do have heard some mods is illegal in a server but is allowed in the other server, so is this mod legal in your server?(i play at asia server)
Your example of the zoom out mod confirms my opinion that it is akin cheating....sorry, but it is such a huge advantage compared to a vanilla player (it breaks the limits available) that it can’t be anything else imo 😎🤘 all the other mods basically repackage the info and what is already in the game so I have no problems with them. It’s a pity WG gives no shots about policing mods.
In my experience on maps like glacier, light tanks all the way at the top if the carrier will be proxy spotted by heavies on the ice, suggesting the game tests for radius, but ignores heights.

So when i installed the White Crosshair Mod, the part where it says "Ready" is in Russian and so where can i change that to say it in English?..... I know its something minor but it bugs me :/

@@13Disciple ..ok now im confused...if i hit a tank where its armour is thicker it wont pen but if i aim where the armour is thinnest it will usully pen if my gun is strong enough...the other day i was in a pz 3e and i hit a pz2 J about 14 times in front and they all just bounced off ...i went online and saw that there are only a few very small areas that my gun could pen that tank from the front and a few slighlty larger areas on the side that would ahve been more effective to hit..if i knew where a tanks armor was thinnest i would have less games like the one the other day where i had 42 direct hits but only caused like 57 damage with only 2 penetrating shots..would a mod like that be illegal ??
@@feereel There is an in game setting that you should turn on called the armor penetration indicator. Check out my settings video on how to turn that on. When this is on, moving your cursor over an enemy tank it will turn red for no pen, yellow for a 50% chance, and green for a likely penetration chance. I also have a guide on how I learned armor models in World of Tanks. Following that guide after every match should help you learn the armor models very quickly. www.13disciple.stream/learn-armor.html

@@feereel not all of them are illegal mods. I suggest going to wgmods.net to look for them. All mods on that site are screened by Wargaming and should be legal to install. I've found with my method of leaning armor profiles I've not needed it.
Mods downloaded directly from wgmods.net are screened my WG staff for legality. You shouldn't be banned for any of these mods at the time of this comment. WG can choose to change their policies at a later date.

I play since 2011, and some mods are considered by some players, not WG (who makes the rules), as a help that should not be allowed. There is the ethernal discussion about hit skins: Many players, as me, consider it should be forbidden, however, it is not. Zoom out would go, in my opinion (just that), to same category. It is just a voluntary decision, at the moment. In any case, as long as the game do not have real and deep anticheat software, like integrity check when launching the program, it wont be possible´... Even then not all could be constestd. Problem is to keep a free to play increasing the costs of it.
In conclusion, zoom out is an option I do not like to see, that I think should be banned. But I am sure there are things in game I like a lot, like arty, that many players would like to see banned.
Anyways, keep on with your content, I like it.
My personal rule is simple, if wargaming says you can use it, you can. Their rules actually define what cheating is. Any opinion to the contrary is just empty speak from a purest who hasn’t figured out how to use a particular mod can be used to his own advantage (therefore he doesn’t want anyone else to have it). To even suggest that someone other than wargaming has the authority to define cheating in WOT is just stupid. I’ve worked in government before, people love to complain about laws. I always told them talk to your legislators not me. Same here, if you think the zoom mod is cheating tell wargaming. If they agree they’ll add it to the cheating mod list and from that day forward it is cheating. They’ve done exactly that at least once before. Otherwise, STFU. :)
Let's discuss WarPack!!! Who is using it, why is the IP for the download the same as WoT? Who is being punished for using it and why do some get caught and others don't. Are the mods included in WarPack available elsewhere or are people paying their $15 a month simply for the ease of use.

If you're stilling running the WoT Coach's Corner I can't quite get the aiming reticle as you show. Aslain's a bit different but I thought I could figure it out. Also, do you not use the penetration indicator?
I use penetration indicator still. Coach's corner is still going, start tuned. What part of reticle do you an issue with still?

Two questions number one do you have to update the mods every time a patch comes out and number two do the mods supersede the in game settings
1) Yes, for me the mod displays a message in message center on the bottom right to let me know if there is an update available. Once you've installed it the first time, the mod will automatically pre-select all the mods you have already installed. So really you only need to select your mods during the installation once.
2) Yes, it will supersede the in game settings on most things. Some things it does not. For instance if you have the server cross-hair installed, you need to turn it on in the settings for it to work correctly.
You should try Moddog2 configuration. It has so many useful modds stock in it.

I can't understand everybody going on and on about the zoom out. Number one, it's NOT cheating because WG SAYS it's not cheating. End of that whine. Number two, it's not cheating because SOMEONE on your team has lit the enemy you're zooming on. It's not like the mod finds hidden tanks and lights them. They're already in view. All this mod is doing is taking the info someone already sees and is relating it to you just as if a teammate had called you on the radio and said, "the tank you're around the corner from is looking away from you."
All of these mods are available to everybody. If you're not using them you're choosing to gimp yourself, your own fault there. It's like everyone can play with their monitor turned on or off and people are complaining because some people decide to press the ON button on theirs while the moaners continue staring at a black screen and saying it's just not fair. I bet these "purists" aren't this worried about the gold ammo cheat.

great video, but i have a question about your zoom out mod, i use aslain mod pack to install my mods, but there's a words "illegal mod" on the side of this zoom out mod. yes i still can select to install it but i'm worry about i will be ban by WG so i never select it. i do have heard some mods is illegal in a server but is allowed in the other server, so is this mod legal in your server?(i play at asia server)
This mod is legal on NA server. I'm not sure about other servers. If you are worried, I would suggest not running it.

Your example of the zoom out mod confirms my opinion that it is akin cheating....sorry, but it is such a huge advantage compared to a vanilla player (it breaks the limits available) that it can’t be anything else imo 😎🤘 all the other mods basically repackage the info and what is already in the game so I have no problems with them. It’s a pity WG gives no shots about policing mods.
The 50m minimum spotting radius is a sphere not a cylinder
In my experience on maps like glacier, light tanks all the way at the top if the carrier will be proxy spotted by heavies on the ice, suggesting the game tests for radius, but ignores heights.
Mods like this are a big part of why I rage and start sabotaging the tree team to wreck the

Use + and - to increase and decrease size. Pressing alt will show player names on map.

just started playing 2 months ago..is there a mod i can use when im in battle that will show me where to aim on a tank for max damage ??
Damage rolls do not depend on the location that you shoot. In World of Tanks, your damage roll will be + or - 25% of your average damage.
@@13Disciple ..ok now im confused...if i hit a tank where its armour is thicker it wont pen but if i aim where the armour is thinnest it will usully pen if my gun is strong enough...the other day i was in a pz 3e and i hit a pz2 J about 14 times in front and they all just bounced off ...i went online and saw that there are only a few very small areas that my gun could pen that tank from the front and a few slighlty larger areas on the side that would ahve been more effective to hit..if i knew where a tanks armor was thinnest i would have less games like the one the other day where i had 42 direct hits but only caused like 57 damage with only 2 penetrating shots..would a mod like that be illegal ??
@@feereel There is an in game setting that you should turn on called the armor penetration indicator. Check out my settings video on how to turn that on. When this is on, moving your cursor over an enemy tank it will turn red for no pen, yellow for a 50% chance, and green for a likely penetration chance. @@feereel not all of them are illegal mods. I suggest going to wgmods.net to look for them. All mods on that site are screened by Wargaming and should be legal to install. I've found with my method of leaning armor profiles I've not needed it.

Mods downloaded directly from wgmods.net are screened my WG staff for legality. You shouldn't be banned for any of these mods at the time of this comment. WG can choose to change their policies at a later date.
