    It would be better if you speak while doing the asanas because along with the posture n position you can explain about the breathing process for the asanas like when to inhale n exhale.Just a small suggestion.🙏💜💜

      Doing good and feeling better now...often do have the issues of hotflashes and tightening up in the abdomen...else I'm fine..body weight too has increased
