I'm the great example tips I followed for 2.5 yrs gave me good improvement : 1. Jzt eat high fat foods like milk, cheese, ghee, butter, curd take it on regular basis but you must strictly follow walking and exercise to reduce your other health disorders. 2. Old rice soaked in water for overnight and can be consumed with curd have lotzz of probiotics and helps in gaining weight. 3. Daily eat egg 2,fat milk - Buffalow milk is great option (2 glass mrng + ngt), dry fruits (Cashews, Almond), 4. Alternative days eat Chicken and Mutton spleen and liver and fatty fish ............................................................................... Tips to increase breast size and milk production 1. Daily eat Coconut 3-5 pieces or you can drink Coconut milk 2. Daily apply some warm pure coconut oil/ sesame oil on your breast give a massage very gently - Uplift motion and Circular motion / must not pull down your breast 3. Do exercise by breathing in and out with arms open and close near to your breast 30 sets / 3 times per day. 4. Wear Padded bra it really helped me to uplift my breast and also it reduce sagging. ............................................................................... Tips for Muscle Gaining : 1. Do 50 squats regular without fail for 60 days atleast you can feel the difference and if you feel better you can slowly increase your squats number by 20,30,..50..100. 2. Mainly do exercise and concentrate particularly on your tighs, hip, pelvic, butt This part ensures your total physic jzt trust me.
