This is very beautiful. I love how you placed accountability for the person’s failure to do well partly on account of a group’s failure to help them. Sometimes, however, people are not receptive to help and can be defensive or offended. What then? What if ego gets in the way of group harmony and teamwork?

Thank you. I agree that it's hard when people get defensive and their egos get in the way. We're only human, so it happens. Expectations could be set at the start so everybody knows what standard is expected. This is more effective when everybody is working towards the same goal, so it's still a challenge.

    I have noticed one thing
I sound loud enough and clear at my home ,and in conjusted rooms with walls nearby.
But the moment i enter some big rooms(auditoriums/seminar halls) my voice is absolutely not audible.
Others could barely hear what i speak
What could be the reason for this according to you ?

This might sound obvious, but when you have to speak in a larger space like those mentioned, it's best to use a microphone. It seems like you'll still need to work on your voice and speaking louder, as what you think sounds ok may not be for others. Good luck!
