    what if the defusr is conected to the nozzzle

      If the diffuser is part of the nozzle just remove the nozzle/diffuser assembly from the valve body and clean and soak it in the sanitizing solution as you would the nozzle.

    What if your nozzles wont come out? all 6 of mine are stuck apparently, im twisting and pulling but they wont come out

      As long as you are turning the nozzle a quarter turn counter clockwise it should come off. You may need to wiggle it a little while applying downward force but I would not recommend using any tools (such as pliers or vise grips) to remove it.

      take a spray bottle with hot water and spray the nozzle to loosen up the dried up syrup

      Soaking in hot water overnight is not recommended. Leaving your dispensing equipment in standing water can promote bacterial growth. Also, using hot water can damage o-rings and other temperature sensitive parts. What we recommend is soaking the valves and diffusers in a mild sanitizing solution (100 PPM chlorine solution or other FDA approved sanitizer) for 60-90 seconds.       you think the water will stay hot overnight! if you cleaning the nozzles by soaking them overnight your just letting them sit in dirty water, dah
