Not that much different from real world Italy really. Since World War 2 Italy had 70 different governments in power. That equates to a new one every 13 months.
This event has a funny quirk if you're a revolutionary empire - parliament is a tier 10 reform for revolutionary nations, so when you click the "When you put it that way..." option it leaves your tier 6 reform empty. This means you can theoretically get it every month, meaning free stab or an extra 50 admin every time it fires (and if it fires twice before you click anything you can do the free 900 reform progress trick if you need). You can also switch into being a revolutionary republic for no reform progress, re-elect your ruler and get them +1 in each monarch point, then switch back to being an empire for no reform progress - you will have to wait at least 3 years in between elections (2 if you're willing to pay 50 reform progress), and you'll have to pay monarch points to get the girondists or imperials in power to switch governments, and you'll disinherit any heirs switching governments, but heirs barely matter since you can make anyone into a 6/6/6 this way.
There is another situation where you can get infinite ADM if you are a native with the 'wrong' government reform. So either you're a United Federation, but you are still on Clan Council government, or if you have the Federation government while not actually being in a Federation. You can repeatedly get an event that asks you to change the Government reform, but the other option just gives you 50 ADM. Mean time to happen of 12 months.
@@louisvidalinc2678 the event can fire repeatedly so it's not just 50 ADM. You could pay 50 reform progress to swap to the 'wrong' government, but you can also just get that way naturally. If you start as a Clan Council and unit your Federation you don't automatically swap to the Federation government.

I’ve seen a few other videos of yours and other content creators that pretty conspicuously follow a high level player completing a game with a specific trick or strategy. Maybe it’s a coincidence, maybe it isn’t. But I certainly know you didn’t develop the CR farm yourself, and it really isn’t a lot to ask to put some effort into giving credit where it’s due. It’s a community after all, while no one minds having their ideas publicised with a wider audience, it’s a little tiring when it’s consistently done without any recognition
@@Stormzyra I am very much on your side giving credit to strategies (I would also like that for stuff I have "discovered" and "popularized" like the early Germany Path f.e.) but I am completly honest to you that I don't know who either Shqip or Elia are so I can guarentee you that I didn't "steal" it from them... as I said I saw a 3 year old reddit post about this like a year ago and tested it out myself (if you believe it or not) and I only recently found out that it is common knowledge after talking about it with lemon cake... and that is why I didn't say that I discovered it or anything, but actually said that it is very well known in the speedrun communities... And whenever I actually took an idea or parts of it from someone specifically then I mention that in the video (such as in the Army Tradition video) Also don't you think it might be possible that I am a little more expierienced than you think I am? I mean clearly I am learning new things every day (hence "TheStudent") but I know some things as well :)

As I said: get to Tier 6, take the Parliament, take the decision, change out of the Parliament... it's not that difficult
