Hello! I’m moving to Ireland next year, and learning Irish is incredibly important to me! And your videos are fantastic! They’re wonderfully accessible and have been an excellent entry point! Thank you!! One teacher to another, keep going! You have a great following, and we’re with you!!
Great idea, while no one will except you to acquire an Gaeilge they will be both surprised and delighted that you have some Irish. It will really enhance your experience of living in Éire. Maith thú, sláinte
Great going Molly! May you do video on Irish vocabulary relating to Elections? For instance, what the word for Prime Minister in Irish is, how to pronounce it correctly and so on. GRMA!
Bhí Gaeilge ag mo sheanathair ach níor labhair sé ach Béarla linn. Dúirt sé rudaí cosúil le: "deireadh na seandaoine go bhfuil an diabhal sna cártaí" (mar gheall ar an imreas a tharlaíonn go minic idir daoine a bhíonn ag imirt cártaí).
howww does ba ghnagh leis sound like "ba rak lawsh"... what did I get myself into. Is it too late for me to learn gailge, I am in my early 30s and I downloaded a few apps on my phone and have been practicing like an hour every day. Didn't realise how difficult it really is though
Hey, Id reccomend learning the basic rules for sounds and pronounciation of letters. Once I knew that, intead of looking at Irish words and guessing how to say it based on English phonetics, I could approach it with the right sounds. Im a beginner but thats helped loads
@@sophiabreidfischer6242 thank you so you recommend any sites or apps. Also I'm trying to find like a community I can practice with on zoom or something idk 😶

Subtitles are available on Patreon- keep at your irish. Little by little and you will get to where you want to be
@@salbarresi347 Actually, you don't need Patreon, subtitles are just a click away, top right on my tablet in my case. But thanks!
