LA Fleet Week® 2024 "Galley Wars: Mission Impossible"

On Saturday, May 25 of Memorial Day Weekend, Galley Wars: Mission Impossible will get underway on the fantail of the Battleship USS IOWA at high noon. This year's culinary grill-off is steeped in intrigue with “classified” ingredients and state-of-the-art weaponry (aka spatulas). The mission? Grill up the tastiest meal using “black box” ingredients presented at the contest kick-off.
Sponsored by Fox Entertainment, this year’s live “Galley Wars: Mission Impossible” at LA Fleet Week® will pit five teams made up of two active culinary specialists from the US Navy, Marine Corps, Army, Coast Guard, and new this year, a combined US Air Force / US Space Force team, in a 30-minute, all-hands-on-deck grilling showdown. Each team will prepare, plate, and serve their best dish to a panel of four esteemed judges. Let's find out who will accept the mission and take home the "Galley Wars: Mission Impossible" hand-carved championship plaque and more importantly, the bragging rights.
