i understand pple use special type of fish 'left mouth fish' - direct translation. haha? also pple bake in oven? instead of frying.

Yes, u can bake in oven or dry roast in pans too. This fish is not sole fish though. Not sure what fish is it.

Dry roast under medium high temperature for 10-15mins or till it’s very crispy
