You spend time watching me play FM, so it is only fair that I return the favor and watch what you all are doing in our favorite game. I had no idea what to expect when I sat down to do this, I didn’t know if I would enjoy your tactics and wonderkids or lose my mind and start filming more tutorials for Football Manager itself. It turns out, it became a bit of both, as well as some cool moments sharing the love of the game.
The main issue I have always had with this idea is that there is really know way to watch a person play FM without them knowing that I am watching, which would obviously change their behavior. It took me a weirdly long time to think to do it on Twitch, where people are literally streaming themselves playing Football Manager all the time. The perfect fertile ground for critiquing I mean watching people play FM. It should be fun!

@@FabioFM I’ve never like gotten that, Is it just that they are familiar with the leagues system and language or something else? Every year I do my yearly arsenal save for about a month then go do some random shit like lower league Bulgaria or whatever. Imo that’s the best way to play keep it fresh

I actually do press conferences, They just make me feel more like a manager. In fact, I do everything Zealand thinks we don't do.... Including managing friendlies... My in game season can last more than a month irl

I could have watched an hour of this, it was great. Every player has an FM "Routine" that we go through where we quickly click through certain features and screens because our play falls into a pattern. It's real interesting to see how individual these routines are and how people interact with different parts of the game.
Its really amazing to see how unique this game can be from individual to individual

I think it was partly because he wanted to get through the season quicker as he was barcelona and wasent enjoying it as he was winning nearly every game.

@@morganbruce9087 Vizeh has not been in a FMSS, I've been a fan for years so I'd of lost my shit if he had. He has been on loads of fifa youtubers vids but has only started streaming FM recently and doesn't stream it often or consistently, he more does just chatting type football content atm.

Vizeh is a really entertaining streamer and all round good guy, was always a great fifa streamer alongside and up there with Danny Aarons, Pieface and AJ3. He is a big Burnley supporter and his recent coverage of Burnley is second to none, check it out people if you haven't already.
I love the social feed. It makes the world feel more alive for me and it can also help find out about young players coming through.
I get fed up of being asked the same questions in the press conferences & there is just so many in a season if you do them all yourself.
Great vid & would enjoy seeing this again.

One thing I do that I’ve never seen anyone on stream do is use the training rating to pick your first 11. Normally have two players every position and I then use how they’ve trained to pick who plays.
And out of curiosity. How is it working for you, because if it works well I might start doing the same
@@fredgoncalves3315 works really well, with the added bonus you can tell who’s trained poorly and speak to them about their training effort. I’m pretty sure most real life managers will pick the players that have trained best.
I don't do it exactly like that but what I do is I pick my first 11 based on the stars. Then if they get below a 6.8 rating (if I'm a successful club) or below 6.7 (if a struggling club) they are dropped for the next game. It's a killer when you lose 4-0 and everyone gets below 6.7.
Yeah this was fun. I'd be happy to see more. And hopefully this helps build an even stronger FM streaming community.

Using the Social Feed and News is a good way to snipe Wonderkids from the AI in my experience.
I don't play FM, I'm not even into football, which is a borderline crime in Manchester, but it was cool seeing a game with so many systems and interfaces and how everyone makes it their home in a totally different way. Beast of a game. Times have changed since Kenny Dalglish Soccer Manager on the Amiga.

Yeh this is fun to watch, I think the tutorial videos and the videos explaining different parts of the game and how to fully utilise them are the most interesting content pieces.

Maybe I'm a FM nerd, but I do press conferences, check with side a player prefers, his preferred role in a position... and yes, check the social feed. In fact I've gotten a few clues from the social feed on players to scout and sign. This was a great video, as all of yours are. Keep up the great work!

It was interesting and fun, probably another couple of videos worth in this before people start popping up hoping that you'd be watching them. I also do press conferences - confidence building for away matches, avoid complacency answers for home games.

The Spaceship formation works! I'm playing as Puskas Akademia and second season I've just beaten Man Utd in the Europa League 1st knockout round having won the domestic double last year. Anchor Man, double Carrilero, double Shadow Striker and Target Forward. Completely mental but it does work

This is definitely something to do again. Maybe not on an every month basis since you have so many other videos you make, but maybe like an every other month basis. It could definitely help the content creators as well by giving them some attention.
I do press conferences as well and sometimes skim the social feed in case there's something of interest there. I do let the assistant manage the friendlies though.

I always manage friendlies coz that's a good opportunity for me to actually see some of my youth players playing in the match engine. Pay attention to how they play is a good way to uncover hidden gems in your squad.
And I do press conferences coz sometimes it affects your players' morale and their relationship with you.

I do press conferences for new players, as its good for their morale.
I do the game ones when its a big game and I want to give my players a boost, or after we win/lose a big game.
That was fun. I just talked to the board of directors. Videos like this have just been added to club culture as mandatory.
