    Aap soch bhi nahi sakte apka video duniya mein kahan tak pahunchta hai. Mein Canada ke Nova Scotia province ke chote se town Wolfville mein hun. Aaj kal har choti se choti jagah par yoga studios hain. Meine bhi 1 saal kisi canadian yoga instructor se sikha. Aapka ka sikhane ka alag hi tarika hai. God bless you with a very good health.

    Sir maine aapki sari videos dekhi h. Bhut effective h. Meri lumber portion ki discs dry ho chuki h. Knees ka gap reduce ho gya h. Abhi arthritis k symptoms bhi aa rhe h. Disk ke liye kuch suggest kre.

      Hello Good Morning Sir, thanks for your reply Sir when getup early morning my throat getting pain like I feel inside body having cold.. sometimes also ear and nose swelling.... having allergies.....like dust spray(hard perfume) . I have also sinus problem

    Hello Manoj Sir i am your Follower last three months and I'm doing yoga, pranayam per day for 1 hour regularly last five months but my problem is that my weight is not comfortable my weight is 60 kg and height is 5 feet 8 inch while this time my weight should be 70 kg and above

    Sir meri tabiyat thik hi nahi hoo rahi hai muje kuch bhi khane ki dil nahi hoti aur kuch kha bhi liya toh vomit ho jati hai aur chakkar bhi aa rahe hai weakness bhi lag rahi hai,pani bhi nahi pee paa rahi hoon aur pat bhi saaf nahi hoo raha hai barabar.
