Yes I saw. It’s kinda hard to explain to people who don’t use our kinda system. For example we don’t get charged for water bills or data. We buy electricity unit and data based on how much you consume. That could be daily, bi weekly or monthly. And water is also not provided by the government. It’s done individually by each house owner. So you pay it with rent to the landlord.
@@heyaderonkevlogs prepaid electric bill is cool...just consume whatever you have bought. We pay the rent together with the internet, water, electric bill to the landlord too. Quite similar...thanks for this info.
