Interesting, winter for me is when I get more tired, there is so much to do! Summer, more stress to water everything. After almost 4 months of heavy rain, now it's the freezing cold but finaly we can go outside and do things.
I think you can always find more to do if you look. And yeah, it's funny that the moment I release this the rain disappears, and it gets properly cold.
We have in the past, but don't have any plans to in the near future. We have courses here about forest gardening usually in the spring and fall. And in spanish. Not many english speaking people around :)
