Nyianyiaa is Africa bitter melon/ bitter Melon leafs, Alata seminaa is Africa black soap. Alata is local name Ghanaians called their Nigerian brothers and sisters.

Please Arnold, I really love your program. But am not happy today with the guest. Why can't he say the other herbs that are mixed with coconut peels to treat fibroids?. What's the name of the leaves you said should be added to coconut water to wash face to start seeing spiritually
Get your seven Aidan Fruits/pr3kes3 into a new or your cleansing bucket or bowl and fill it with enough water that can last for the 21 days and bath with it every night before you sleep by not cleaning it with towel but be praying whilst it drys off on your skin. And burn half or full of the Aidan fruit/pr3k3s3 every night because it also works very well.
