Nick, I used to follow four other boating channels, in the hope I’d win the lottery! 😂 I’ve retired now, so I’ve given up dreaming & whilst I don’t bother with the other channels anymore, I genuinely adore watching yours quite simply because of your genuine passion to boating & gentlemanly personality! Thankyou.
Id prefere to dedicate more space for the toilet/shower + bigger fridge/freezer + option to create a large sunbed at the front + a tv (so you atleast could connect a game consoll (offline if need be) etc to it.. + option to install a starlink internet antenna... Its 300k afterall: its like a pretty decent appartment.
That's a cracking little weekend boat. Lovely quality to their boats and this follows that standard. Very good design with some unusual features. Clever. Love it
Cool boat, seems practical but looks cool and the interior is great too. I always appreciate these boats that seem function-first but still manage nail a bunch of style points too. Hope that cool black and red boat in the background gets a tour too.
What a great boat . . Bit small for this big boy but the build quality and decor is great . . A couple of intersting boats ahead of this one tied up . The blue yacht and the boat with the blue/black and red hull . . . Of course that Arksen 85 is a beast . . Till next time . Take care . Bye from NZ 🍻👍🇳🇿twa
Lovely sturdy, well made boat with great speed. Like the heated seats and leather wraps. The cabin was cool with the sliding panel and steps for access up. Was wondering where the crew cabin was though ? 🤣. Thanks for the tour Nick. I did get a shock at first when I saw the bigger yacht as I miss read the price as €305 million 😊. This is much better priced 😉
Funny you should mention Land Rover Defenders, Arksen also make overlanding vehicles, including ones based on classic Defenders. I think it would be really cool to see a superyacht from Arksen, I think they would do a nice job. Like, the Arksen 85 you reviewed is luxurious without being ridiculous like some other boats you've reviewed. And, very practical. It's the balance of those 2 things that really endears the Arksen yacht to me, far more than a lot of the other ones.
THAT is how ya do a Mirror Wave!!! I've always liked this style of boat, be they Axopars, Sargos, etc, and this also does not disappoint. I'm starting to think Arksen might be one of my absolute favouite brands!
Hi Nick, And thank you for this sporty show of this Arksen 30 almost a tender for the Arksen 85 behind it looks very nice the cockpit de open salon/bridge the suitcase bathroom great and even a shower there and in the bow sleeping for 2 or a step up to the bow deck what do you want more Great Nick ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
That's a cool boat you could play dodgems with them side rubber fender and love the small wave 👋 for the small heads that has to be the smallest iv seen even smaller than smugglers heads nice one nick
Nice, but I'd still take the Axopar 29 for UK use. We don't really boat all year round in the UK , and we don’t really commute anywhere. The Axopar has better outside space and more sleeping accommodation.
Starting with ‘super, solid and serious’. Could describe you too Nick! Can’t be serious with your laugh though. New catch phrase maybe? Great video as always. And lovely boat too.
Nick i genuinely appreciate your focus on the positive aspects of every vessel you review, and your ability to convey their best attributes. I have never owned a boat, but have been watching all your videos for a few years now. It is a refreshing departure from the wealth measuring contests so prevalent on the boat/car/whatever channels.
This thing is fabulous. Would be magnificent as a tender to a much bigger boat (likely bigger than that 85, even…) for exploring into fjords and so forth that the big boat cannot get into while still riding in warmth and style.
Arksen are an interesting boatbuilder. This 30 directly completes with the Botnia Targa 32, which does the same, has vastly superior living space and costs less. The 85 competes with loads more but notably Bering, Nordhavn and the CdM Darwin 86 which again offers more for less money. I can however see why someone would pick the slick styling of Arksens over one of the alternatives.
Some people won't consider inboards either, which rules the Botnia out. I think this competes head on with the Axopar 29, and that the Axopar is the better package.
What you have to understand is to those who want the aesthetic of Arksen the extra/less isn't an issue in the slightest. Every glance of every angle of their boat / yacht / 4x4 gives them overwhelming joy. [And yeah okay _personally_ I'd rather have that new Targia they just showed off at Dusseldorf]
What's really interesting about Arksen is how "Emperor's clothes" the majority of comments being made about both the '85 & 30 are. There are some really head-scratching design elements/capacities in both boats that compare unfavorably with their competition & yet there are so few calling them out. Kudos to you . If I had that kind of $$ to drop on a weekender, this wouldn't even be in the running. The peeps at Viggo & Lifeproof, for just a couple of egs limited to aluminium hulls, have to be relieved at how unimpressive the A30 is by comparison. If you are willing to consider GRP hulls, there are MANY better, imo.
Oooff 300k for an outboard day boat! You could buy a 50 foot second hand boat with a nice pedigree for that much. Id make a nice tender for a big boat though.
Sleek lines, stout construction, solar equipped and very roomy. While not as spacious as an 80 footer, still a well appointed weekender. And at £300k (which equals £10k per foot) it becomes a relative bargain - imagine the cost of all the "stuff" each 1 foot x 10 foot section provides. Very nice, genuine Four Seasons boat. Thanks, Nick, for featuring this eco-beauty ("eco" meaning both economic and ecological).
The Land Rover Defender is an apt comparison. A bit overpriced to purchase and expensive to own, but can quite literally go anywhere in the world through the roughest of conditions.
When you find me stuck- and indeed, dead- in that head, (SHOWER too?!) please tell my loved ones it was a moment of lunacy thinking I could fit even one buttock in that space! Other than that: Lovely!

You're very kind! 🙂
Ahh, he’s alright, I guess.?.? 😒 🤷♂️
I really like this boat. A perfect weekender. It looks like one tough boat that could stand up to some rough seas. Much thanks.
Id prefere to dedicate more space for the toilet/shower + bigger fridge/freezer + option to create a large sunbed at the front + a tv (so you atleast could connect a game consoll (offline if need be) etc to it.. + option to install a starlink internet antenna...

Then you would prefer a completely different boat. 🙂
Out of all the Aquaholic videos I've watched, this one has by far the best mirror wave haha
👋🏻
Very nice, like the engine options and some great features such as light bar, compact heads, sun roof and seating choices.
Thanks for the tour Nick
Great little boat to potter around in. Thanks for showing her to us Nick
That's a cracking little weekend boat. Lovely quality to their boats and this follows that standard. Very good design with some unusual features. Clever. Love it
A very nice weekender, nice finishes and some ingenious design features. Nice tour Nick thank you.
Thanks for watching!
Cool boat, seems practical but looks cool and the interior is great too. I always appreciate these boats that seem function-first but still manage nail a bunch of style points too.
Hope that cool black and red boat in the background gets a tour too.
Clever design. Sort of a hybrid cuddy design. Well Presented.
Many thanks!
Yep this is the weekender for me with my driving skills…..and that all round fender 😂…….it’s is also class and luxurious , love it
Absolutely amazing and beautiful! ❤ Well done Nick as always! Thanks for sharing this beauties of the modern engineering!!!!
My pleasure!
Great little boat. Very practice. Great to see you Nick. K
Thank you! 🙂

Brilliant tour of a very cool looking machine. Great fun to be had I’m sure.
Not sure I’d want to be a passenger in those seats at 40+knots though!
Glad you enjoyed it! 😃

Nice boat for people who like each other a great deal.
Some nice features on that one Nick. Love the MFH (multi-function head). 🤣🤣
Nice little, practical and fast dayboat 😀 Thanks for the tour 😀
Thanks for watching!
Wow! What a clever boat! rugged and good looking to boot )or should I say boat! ) 🙂 Thanks Nick!
Concur with the comment below on the PREMIUM mirror wave. Tops. Cheers, Nick.
👋🏻
Arksen boat builders are really impressing me. Their boats are very nice.
THAT is how ya do a Mirror Wave!!!

Nice boat. 2 moo outboards would get it moving. Great video. 🇦🇺 😊
Nice weekender! Thanks for sharing! Keep those cameras rolling Aquaholic team! 👍👍
Thanks for watching! 😃
@@AQUAHOLIC 👍👍
Thanks again Nick. I liked the wrapped handles.
That's a cool boat you could play dodgems with them side rubber fender and love the small wave 👋 for the small heads that has to be the smallest iv seen even smaller than smugglers heads nice one nick
Best mirror wave ever! I cannot stop laughing. Excellent video Nick, Cheers!

Very sleek looking boat. Me likey. Cheers Nick.
A weekender, or day trip boat. Nip down the coast for lunch type of boat. Short explorer boat
An all rounder, all weather compact boat. Nice
Thank you for the effort on the mirror wave.
👋🏻
Nice little boat nick as u say a flying machine
Thanks Nick!
This thing is fabulous. Would be magnificent as a tender to a much bigger boat (likely bigger than that 85, even…) for exploring into fjords and so forth that the big boat cannot get into while still riding in warmth and style.
Nice boat. Thank you Nick!
Any time!
Does it have somewhere you can tuck yourself away with a good book?😀
Given a choice of utility or luxury, give me utility every time. Sweet boat Nick 👍🫡
Arksen is "deluxility".
And yeah they can have that for fifty grand.
Excellent video Nick 🚤🛥⛵️👍👍👍👏👏👏👏
Thanks! 👍
Yacht! Why are you referring to this weekend boat as a yacht?
Great lil flyer
Love seeing the smaller boats. To the point I'd now love to have my own.
Request, could you get a SeaRay 370 Sundancer or a Chaparral on the channel?
Think it's one of my favorite wee boat nice things for a single person like me who would just I've to explore
Great boat. Would want more range, but it is a weekender.
It's the dingy for the 85'!!! 😂 Thanks Nick!!
Glad you enjoyed it! 😃
Is that Brave Challenger in the background? Love a tour of that please Nick!

I hate when you leave Maggie at home!
Very nice!
Oooff 300k for an outboard day boat! You could buy a 50 foot second hand boat with a nice pedigree for that much. Id make a nice tender for a big boat though.
cool boat!
For 300k I’d definitely want a loo I could fit into!!
At first i thought you were gonna tour that big boat in the first clip 😂😂😂
I did! 🙂
Nick i love your videos. ❤❤
Thank you very much! 😃
I’m bias but I think Axopar still set the standard for adventure weekenders between 25 and 40 feet.
Kind of looks like it could be a chase boat for the 85! Thank you. 🍷
That would be cool!
For 1/3 of a million 💵 I don’t reckon they’ll
Sell too many of these? I expected so much more?!?!
Anyone know the producer of the fabric of the cushions on the outside? Looks great!
Very, very clever.
I notice a hinge on the mast. Does it fold for low bridges?
Nice boat the loo is way to small for me (6`4) and crazy expensive.
Jack The Sack has a lot of friends on board this one!
It must be proprietary, but I’d love to see the design process for a boat like this one.
Good afternoon Nick
Good afternoon Michael
Looks great but 300k is insane. Not specific to this boat, in general the prices have gone so crazy I can't relate.
Looks like an XO Boat, are they sister companies or something?
Happy Friday nick
You too!
I can actually see you piloting this baby nick
Oops! I thought that was a submarine on the screenshot Nick!!😉😉
Naaaaaaaa for that price I would expect more.
Thought it was a U-Boat from the thumbnail 😆
What an amazing boat I really wan5 one
Top boat to explore cost of Marmaris
Sunbrella fabrics?
Nice!
Me, and mini me. Liked them both.

Cool
Dont understand the bed area. Who would sleep on something this size?
Sweet.
If I need heated seats in my boat, I'm living in the wrong place! 😊
It looks like a big boy explorer yacht that got zapped by Rick Moranis ❤
Nice!
edit: VERY nice!
Possibly better as a superyacht tender with a few mods.
That would be a perfect chase boat for the 85! Now to get my Euromillions ticket
Needs a galley!
With just a bit more space for a little galley, I could live in a boat like this in Florida, and be a high class, low rent beach bum. Nice boat.
Can you call it a yacht when it has an outboard motor?
Looks like a US Coast Guard boat but built for fun.
I dont know if this is common knowledge or I was the last one to notice but bro has a second channel were he does this but with Rv:s. Its Motoholic.
Bruiser!
6:43 you missed the opportunity to say "the XO hulls are X-O-lent!" xD
Dammit! 🤦🏻♂️
i buy a 2 bedroom appartment at the beach with swimming pool and a lot of other amenities for that :)
If you'd rather have a 2 bedroom apartment at the beach with a swimming pool then you'd be far better off buying that. Definitely. 🙂
👍
Everything but the dayheads. They should have made that taller. Nobody over like 5'5 could own that boat
When you find me stuck- and indeed, dead- in that head, (SHOWER too?!) please tell my loved ones it was a moment of lunacy thinking I could fit even one buttock in that space! Other than that: Lovely!
