It was a really delightful presentation of yours. Suppose you are a shipping company, may I ask if a third party can surrender the EUA's on behalf of my firm?

At minute 1.04.35 there is an interesting question,. If I have understood correctly if I am a certified carbon sink and want to become a regulated allowances supplier through the EEX, is it not possible? This is interesting, as it is counterproductive! It will prevent people from joining the green economy, converting land and absorbing carbon! Have I understood correctly?
