Just give Enchanting some pause, you can spend 10k a day for enchanting and then save the rest for tomorrow and do 10k again, repeat. I also once felt ur condition lol.

I think Double Luck isn't helping, because the chance of getting Dual Wield isn't increasing. My tip is you could bring 50K Gems but you could use 10K a day for Enchanting, it worked well on* me.
