basically the importance of a dual wield is that you can enchant a sword for 500 gems and there's a 0.02% chance of it becoming dual wield and you can hold 2 in each hand. the legendary itself is also rare because there's a 2% chance of getting a legendary while opening a pack. You can also grade up swords by paying gems and risking burning them and permanently losing them if you accidentally draw your own sword. Grading them up lets you apply auras which is why people do it or buy graded swords. auras you get by afking and its just like sol's rng, where different auras are more rare than others.
