Not sure if you installed the kick starter but I would highly recommend it! I got all of the parts off ebay, just search for the tt250 kick starter parts, I think mine totaled $90 and went in within minutes. Mine starts one kick every time and gives me piece of mind running the small antigravity 4 battery, especially in the cold.

nice build! I have a 81 sr250 and used that same tail light for a while. Unfortunately it was just too dim for my liking. I now am working on a full frame off cleanup and painting of the bike. Im running an LED headlight and it is awesome. Ill try and get a quick rundown of my build once its together.

Hell yeah dude would love to see it once its all together. The light I got is pretty damn bright. At least when I tested it in the shop. Just have to wait and see how it looks on the road. As for the kick starter I dont think ill be going that route, Im actually doing a big custom wiring job on it, those videos are in the works now!

How do the ha doe bar switches connect? It doesn’t look like there are any wires. Also got any plans for the headlight or are you going to keep it stock locking?

I need to run wiring for them. I thought we talked about it before? And no headlight plans yet. I'm shopping around. May also go check out a salvage place.
