We all know Norm Abram would have had a CnC router in his shop if it was readily available at the time. It doesn't matter what tool you use, if you work the wood its still wood working.
I totally agree, BUT, unfortunately some of the tolls don`t (do they ever?) so I had to feed them. Dr. Abram sure would have loved to used it in the NYW. Thanks for watching and commenting

I want those woodworking machines, they look awesome. I want to make a blower attachment for my strimmer, though I need it detachable, so I can use the strimmer head on it too. I'm thinking of finding an impeller type fan that will fit the strimmer head bolt, a factory made impeller would already be balanced. Then I would make a cowl that fits to the strimmer shaft. Failing that, a normal outward facing fan from a computer or small household fan heater and making the cowl so the output hole goes down then out sideways, since a normal fan on the strimmer would want to force air downward. I currently just set my strimmer cord out a bit longer then normal and use that to blow rubbish around.
I know Ryobi has a snap on leaf blower for a 25cc string trimmer. But I think they are only sold in the US. The same series also has hedge cutter attachmnets and several other tool
@@bellevuesnekkeri ah thanks anyway. I got a Stihl multitool too which I have the much used hedge cutter and chainsaw attachments, but to buy the leaf blower attachment is more expensive then buying a dedicated leaf blower machine. Well over here in Europe it is. That was just my thinking behind making a blower attachment for my strimmer. I thought maybe I was crazy to think of doing that and honestly was surprised to find your video on how to do it. But it is a great idea and I'm more surprised not more people have tried doing it. 🙂

@@Wordsnwood I remember seeing that some time ago, but I cannot remember the result, if it was backwards, forwards curving blades or straight that yielded the best result in airflow vs noise. Interesting though

It would be great to see you make a lot of money doing RUclips but you need to do what you need to do.
From the outside perspective it would seem you're in that dream situation of never having to work because you love what you do.
In reality maybe making videos is highly stressful.
I'm no creator. However I did just get back from Niagra Falls an hour ago. I posted a couple of very short videos of that. Absolutely amazing to see in person. Much better than I expected it could be; even more so with the continued CV19 crap.

Daily chores takes more time than I sometimes wish for:) Thank you very very much for the generous feedback, it REALLY makes a difference. Unfortuately tracking on YT is REALLY slow atm. barely reaching 10% of the views that I had a couple of years ago. So that is kinda demotivating, especially considering the huge amount of time that goes into making these videos. This "simple" video fi. I guesstimate I spent at least 40hrs+ building, filming, editing, and prepping. Of course if I did this on a regular basis, it could be streamlined, but I am afraid that YT is oversaturated with makervideos, and it is hard to compete. So the content has to be pretty unique or get picked up by YT algorithms to get stuff moving. @John Heisz - I Build It John Heisz mentioned in one of his talkytalk videos that YT just might have an algorithm that "favorizes" smaller channels over the established ones, as they see these grow, and feature them alot more. Just might be a reaon. John is a smart man😀. I checked out a couple of your videos. Hefty amounts of water. i was not aware that it was this close to the city.
