I'm a lifelong Floridian of 71 years and have watched these men slowly destroy our state first Marco,then Scott ,then Desantis and now Trump, and I will never vote Republican again. I'm voting for Kamala and Tim to save what i have loved all my life ,my freedom, our constitution, and most importantly the Democracy I've lived by my entire life.

I was doubtful that Florida would be in play even if Kamala took over Biden. However, the amount of support Kamala has gotten has been so overwhelming that at the very least I can now see Florida as a 'battleground' state.
Absolutely. Just the fact that Florida is in play at all means that Trump's campaign will have to divert a lot of time and money from other key states to try to keep it.

Florida missed a golden opportunity when they didn’t make this woman governor. Imagine the progress instead of the current clown show under the DeSantis administration...
That was the first mistake. Then they gave us an old republican for our dem candidate! But the biggest thing was hurricane Irma blew through and the rest is history. NO one was focused on the election anymore. They/we were trying to rebuild our homes/lives and deal with insurance. DeSatan had the TV/public stage because of this...and he used it. A few weeks after the hurricane came through, the election was held. That's why he seemed to run away with it. The dems gave us no contender and hurricane Irma put the news directly on DeSantis making him look like a hero. People had no choice - an old repub or someone they are seeing "save their state" from the hurricane damage? And yes, Florida is paying for it now. DeSatan thought people LOVED him because he scored so high in the election. But the real truth came out when he ran for President! No one really liked him ever! It was a convenience/survial thing at the time.
