i guess you should keep RVCE, MSRIT , VIT VELLORE in your BADHIYA category , these colleges have improved exponentially and they are also giving the quality educarion. rvce can be rejected bcoz of its high fees but vit has minimal fees bhaiya , 2 lakh per is not at all high . you should reconsider them!

I'm from chitkara University, do not completely reject chitkara University. If you have skills and good knowledge of technical stuff then you'll placement for sure... Many of my seniors are getting placement package of 10lpa+ work hard and you'll get everything... And remember industry is in recession right now... Company will only hire you if you have skills and if you don't then be it any IIT, NIT, IIIT you won't get placed.
Dude IISc is THE premier research institute of the country....not only in basic sciences but also in engineering. Placements are not the only factor which is to be considered while judging an institute. Moreover, IISc's placements for basic sciences and MTech(BTech in MnC has just been introduced) is way better than that of IITs
Kiit/Vit vellore has made their brand actually there are 5 thousand students only in cse and if u have less than 9 cgpa no way u can grab a decent placement plus fees is nearly 25 lakhs
