Helps. I do flinch at times. I have a messed up trigger finger and it hurts at times. From recoil. These tips and active grip helped. My wife is a new shooter and the best thing I believe I did was not teach her. She is going to a series of private lessons and each time she has things to work on at the range.

Glad they were able to help. Let me know if you have any questions! Always awesome to hear when we add new shooters to the 2a community. Hope she is having fun!
