Thanks Jake for the great low myope tips!
    1. Reduce close-up
    2. Regular activity, involving long distance vision
    3. AND THEN (and only then), plus for stimulus. Got it! 🤪
Note to self: *plus is not a magical shortcut*, *pride comes before a step-up*

I really appreciate your honest consideration about 20/20 vision and ciliary spasm example after close up activities. Recovering from myopia is not like to be an emmetropic person. That should be said. An emmetropic eye can see in any condition regardless of the kind of activity. An emmetropic eye can see 20/15 or 20/12 in normal daylight. We, myopes, can achieve a 20/20 vision with naked eyes (that would be amazing) which is what we often call "a life without glasses" or "no more glasses" but a non myopic eye is a different game.
It must be said, as well, that perfect eye sight in popularion is pretty rare lately due to massive screen use.
Thus we myopes can get to an average slightly poor vision, but yet perfect to live confortably without any correction.
Concerning plus lens use you are very cautious, I understand why, but in cases like Kaitlin's one plus lens can be use pretty massively in my opinion. Understanding why it should be use is mandatory of course.
Congrats to Kaitlin for amazing results and thanks Jake for your precious work and all the things you do to help and motivate people to get to a better eye sight.

Normal eyes have very little eye spam from reading, so you can have an eye that is just a bit farsighted and still always see clearly in the distance.
Ex-myopic eyes still have lots of eye spam doing close-up, so you need to get farsighted to have perfect distance vision. That is why using plus and pushing the eyes toward getting farsighted is the only way for an ex-myopic to have perfect distance vision.
I have problems reading without glasses now, but my distance vision is always fine.
If you just remove your glasses and go outside frequently, your eyes will never become very farsighted; any eye spam and image get blurred. That is the only failed logic in endmyopia. I don't care if I need reading glasses, but I want my distance vision to always be perfect.

Can't wait to work out my schedule and sleep again so I can keep improving.

I realised something from seeing my niece's infected eye. The infected eye looked smaller even when wide open.. so that means if we have different eye sizes, its a natural behaviour of our body to show its isn't healthy.

I don't think it's 'dangerous', it just likely won't help because your eyes will have a hard time adjusting to that correction which is the whole point of engaging in lenses that are different than your own.
