Son House is credited as the original writer, and as a teacher of Robert Johnson (he had several). Robert Johnson made his own version, which surpassed Son House’s in terms of popularity. Both excellent Delta Blues artists, both excellent versions. But this is definitely more of Robert Johnson’s version.
Keb Mo is a national treasure and Jontavious is following in his footsteps - love seeing this.
