there was a video i saw many years ago. It was a dj with a stadium, that has a large robotic sun with a human face that opens and close it's mouth, while it's eyes move left to right at a slow pace. it was at that moment i realized i have a phobia, because seeing that kept giving me this uneasiness, sense of dread. top it off with mild thalassophobia, thats a recipe for heart attack.
I am aware of thalassophobia, but am I really the only one who watched the movie and even the first time i saw this scene i was not scared, but descended on me a sense of peace? People? Anyone else?
That is... actually kind of scarier in a way lol. At least, depending on how you mean that. I read a creepypasta not that long ago about a diver telling a story about a student in a group of people he was training who had basically the opposite reaction to thalassophobia - the diver called it a "hunger" for the deep or some shit like that. Basically, this kid was floating on the surface, looking through his mask at the deep abyss beneath him, only he didn't look scared or anxious or anything. He looked...elated. And then before the instructor can stop him, the kid just starts diving. At one point the instructor does manage to get a hand on the kid's ankle but he kicks free and looks back for a second and just has this insanely creepy smile on their face, then keeps on diving. Supposedly the kid died. To be clear, while I enjoy creepypastas I lot, I never actually put any stock in them and assume that the vast majority of them I read are just fiction. It's just the fact that you said what you said in your comment... idk, kinda creepy lol.

Because this is just unsettling so I have that all 3of these phobias because at night the water is creepy and second megalophobia the sea is 5% known also subacpbia I'm how to spell it sadly but its where you have the fear of media under water and they are just creepy now finally for scophobia I had this dream about this man would would just stare at me I called him Burt idk why I would even name a dream demon in the first place but whenever I dream about Burt he gets closer...😦😧😨😰😱
