The HUD thing is an added effect for hot wheels. The F5 isn't the only one to do it. I was going 290 in a One:1 on hot wheels and the hud was shaking. But the hud never shakes in the main map
There seems to always be one AI that escapes at the front when I do singleplayer hot wheels races, kind of annoying when all the others are crawling around the track miles behind
AI was always like that at least since FH4, they ALWAYS either don't try at all, or just ignore all physics... I swear, races with time are much more enjoyable than races with AI

I thought it was just me. There was one race I finished 2nd to the AI and we literally lapped 2 of the slower cars.... there shouldn't be that big of a discrepancy between 1st and last

@@Satoru-Gojo well full throttle yes. But with controller you can adjust your throttle. Keyboard it’s either 0% input or 100% input. Nothing in between. So Tapping Rigorously is necessary for high powered RWD cars
The wheelspin makes you feel like you'd better be off wrestling with the Venom F5 as you slowly get faster and faster. Added bonus: 3:40 - a McLaren Senna sandwich.
I honestly hope they don't fix the hw ai, it's fucking hilarious watching them uncontrollably take flight and crash mid air, I can definitely see why it'd be annoying tho
That AI was crazy, but I have flown like that too. Ferrari F40 just went straight up for me on Goliath. Bugatti Divo on the other hand didn't lift at all. Ford GT grinds in loops and loses 30MPH because of it. Feel like we need a separate garage for cars that work on HW. That Venom is crazy though, but seeing as you have a tiny bit of problems controlling it, there is no chance I'll be able too 🤣. As per usual. GGs!!!
Gravity-defying tracks with spirals, curves, and loops... seems like a winning formula. No, really. Imagine if the entire game was structured like this - circling around mountains, going deeper into the ocean, even going as far as to reach the stratosphere just by driving on these Hot Wheels-esque "roads". Climbing all the way up to the summit of Mount Everest, and then taking many kilometers of 60-70 degree-angled straight line towards the ground level for an extreme finish... Oh yeah, featuring licensed cars like the Fury-powered Hennessey Venom F5. Surprised that the loops couldn't force you to drop down.
It’s seems like they really struggled with AI for these tracks - they’ve made them impossibly fast (most of the other cars here would normally top out just over 200mph on the flat) but then to compensate each track has one or two sections where the AI is just awful (like the end of both these tracks). Fun to blast around upside-down but after completing it I found myself wanting to drive Mexico again. What would be fun is the eliminator or the old freeroam rush from FH4 on the Hot Wheels map. That’d test some map knowledge and be confusing as hell!
@@rezcellent The AI adjusts itself to the car performance you have. Even if you drive the broken Raesr tuned at A class, you will end up facing an Unbeatable Drivatar Senna in A class to match your car performance. There are no boundaries to the AI.
I could see this thing rolling up on one of the protagonist’s cars as they use the booster and this thing’s just like, “oh, I can do that too” and just revs a little higher.
@@vaulthunterfromterra4053 Actually, came to me afterwards, but the Drone cars are just 300+ fast. The Boosters seemed to be more effective in short bursts before drag brought the cars back down, though.
The drones still needed boosters in Highway35, but in Acceleracers, their cars are hydrogen powered and are effectively ultra advanced rocket cars. That and they built their ramp straight up to the portal so they don’t need as much speed to get to it.
I’m loving the new map, even though I can’t do multiplayer right now it’s still a blast. It just kinda sucks that there’s only 2 offroad tracks (1 in ice & 1 in jungle).
At least here you can see the blatant AI cheating. Literally all of these cars should not be going the same speed, if not faster than the Venom F5 in a straight line. All of them would have topped out at 270 ish, not including the huge giant slopes
I feel like people hardly ever use RWD cars in S1, S2, or X class anymore. So long as you know how to drive them with your set difficulty settings, they are absolutely OP. Especially the Pagani Huayra BC. It's the best hypercar in S2 class imo, maybe even the whole game

I think I still prefer my Jesko for S2 racing... the traction it has at low launch is great despite it being RWD, really makes it keyboard friendly(shouldn't be). I use the tune by Nalak because I find it the most stable out of corners.
@@ReVDeatH it’s really all about choosing good power build, the one I am using is not so good off the start but the moment I switch it to 3rd gear it just goes, it’s also surprisingly stable at higher speeds, surely it’s a bit hard to drive but when you get used it’s a very Good car, you should give it one more try, just experiment with different tunes and I am sure you won’t be disappointed
@@Ogudomon well the highest speed I was able to achieve during the race was 470kmh, but at the end of the day Mosler is for s2 racing and noble is for s1
I discovered all the roads but one thing weird is that it shows 99.3% of the roads are discovered. But ended up getting the achievement on Xbox for discovering all roads but I don't get the car. Wth

I set up the HW Mustang as S1 rwd, with the 8.9 1500hp V8 & sport gearbox stretched into a 4 speed.
Too bad hypercars are typically dog water in S2 compared to extreme track toys that dominate the meta.

You should try driving noble m400 s1 power build, its crazy in hw online racing and can hit over 430km/h
And slides everywhere because of the Drift tires + different game physics. I gave up on that powerbuild very quick in this DLC.
