Submerged ATV recovery

Btw, that's not a Clutch that belt driven thing is called a CVT or Continuously Variable Transmission. That's your transmission. Also, use Sea Foam, not WD-40, Sea Foam is better.

If underwater yes.It will ruin your engine if you turn it off befor you realize you might have a chance of saving a engine
