Logout the profile of a cam to give an in-line roller follower 16mm diameter of the following motion: 0⁰-90⁰-Dwell 90⁰-180⁰-lift,38mm with 5Hm 180⁰-270⁰-Dwell 270⁰-360⁰-fall 38mm with UV cam rotation -clockwise, minimum cam radius 56mm ,cam shaft diameter 24mm How do I do this please
No Dear.. I have taken the scale factor on angle only....so that angle is mentioned in mm to draw the displacement diagram.... That is why only angle is half (u can take some other scale factor as well) as per my scale factor. Hope u understand....
Good explanation 😊😊 thanks
Explanation is so good
Thanks Dear for the appreciation ....
All the best.......
Hello, I think that would be Prime circle, not pitch circle. Please make sure.
I think the same.
Dil se good good 👍
All the Best.....
Pitch circle has to be..base circle +roller radius/2 know sir
Thank you sir..
Thanks sir ❤❤❤❤
Great video
Thank you sir
All the Best....
Really great explanation 🎉
Thanks Ravi fro the appreciation...
U can share the word of mouth of my work others....

Thank you so much
dear u r welcome....
Nice Explanation sir
Thanks Ramji...

.
The cam drawing is very big for a normal A4 size page so can I reduce scale ?
yes dear u can take the scale..
All the best..
Thanks sir
Wow great explanation
Thanks Kuri...
All the Best...
Is the follower perpendicular to the cam axis?
it does not matter dear...
u only have to take distances between pivot center and roller center as demonstrated in oscillating follower cases.
@@TECHCAD ok.. Thank u sir

please explain how this 41.88 came.
Dear..
as 20 degree is converted into radians and 120 is taken as radius and got the value of l as 41.88
thank you for a wonderful explanation sir, can this cam drawing be scaled down is there any problem or consequences in doing so?
Yes Dear U can take the scale... there is no issue..
Thanks for the Appreciation....All the Best...

Sir is this same for offset oscillating roller follower type, kindly guide me..
Yes Dear
@@TECHCAD thank you so much sir 😊, am designing for a motorcycle camshaft.
@@rkprecisionproducts8575 Great to hear Dear All the Best.....
360 angle haff but hight not haff why
Or take an at angle?
Why u taken dwell at last
Dear
As per question Dwell of 120 degree is after return stroke..
