Thanks Ralph. There is no need to use any fixative on watercolour or ink paintings. Just frame behind glass.

@@ChrisStephenArt will the ink run again if it gets wet?

I always use Indian ink, or acrylic ink, they’re both waterproof when dry.
Obviously, watercolour can be damaged if it gets wet, that’s why it should be framed behind glass.
