- The Brooks Palmer mansion has been abandoned since 2010. It was previously owned by a funeral director who was well-known in the local community. The property is around 4500 sq ft.

Its odd that its so open to anyone to come in if there are cameras. Such a beautiful place, it really should be boarded up if they don't want people in there. What a waste.

I went to this house today and as me and my friend were walking up the road to the house 3 cars came down the road saying it was their house? I was told on reddit the original owner was dead and his son was incarcerated. This was honestly pretty terrifying and we just ran, don't really know what to think about what happened??

@@cloverfrog They got out of their cars and yelled something at us but we were absolutely booking it out of there so idk if they kept after us

There is a man named A.G Gaston down in Alabama. Very very notable man just like Perry Palmer. Both were intelligent and good businessmen and were very known during segregation. It's sad because his businesses downtown in Alabama have gone the same way, especially the famous hotel where MLK spoke. I never knew about Perry Palmer and I stay in SC.
What happened to Perry and why did he abandon this mansion
