Great stuff! Whenever I feel like my ball striking is off, I work on getting the weight transfer pattern you've outlined. It always gets me back into good contact and hitting solid shots again - kudos!
Ha ha this one is great Greg. Makes a huge difference to use ground force in your swing. Something I’ve been working on and the results have been great.
I bought and returned the Pressure Plate pretty quickly. I found two big problems: it was too narrow to use with anything longer than, say, an 8 iron. Also on turf the plastic was so thick that you were a good inch or more taller. I like the idea, but the execution is lacking, especially for the price. To me the Force Pedal is an easier tool to achieve the same result.
