Of course granny is the ring leader, but that doesn't make the rest any less guilty.
EXACTLY!!!
💯 right all guilty
All involved are guilty!!
I want the press to report how the family court judge thought it was in the best interest of the minor children to have the visitation exchange out in the middle of no man's land when he knew that these parties were contentious and had animosity towards each other. How did he or she think that was ok.
The judges lately are not looking good. How are these dumbbells being chosen?
@@marthawoodworth Yeah, it really needs to be addressed and media should to do more to address it but they won't because how these officials are selected is political. The people deserve an answer on how the family court judge thought it was in the best interest of the minor children to have the visitation exchange out in the middle of no man's land when these folks obviously had vitriol, it wasn't a secret hatred or harsh dislike.
Yeah. As a rule you can always bet that the family court judge is a dumbass, and you would win the bet, 9.9/10 times. They never seem to make real decisions that actually are in best interest of the children. Imo, the family Court has blood on their hands too. Just my two cents.
Supposedly the meeting spot used to be the sheriff's office and was CHANGED to the abandoned 4 corners store.
Sheer ignorance
Look. If you’re an adult, no one talks you into something.
I don’t see “less culpable”. If any of them were involved then they are guilty
Give all 5 DP
I agree COMPLETELY !!!
Just as guilty!! I would have called the authorities if someone had approached me with such a horrific idea. Sickening!!!!
This trial needs to be moved as far away from the panhandle, as possible.Who knows what the radius is of the people? These clowns are friends with
Really wish you could keep the facts straight.
Agree!!! They give more misleading information than new information!
I wonder if granny is still a pillar of the community in her neck of the woods?
the prison community?
@@gregdahlen4375 right there where she used to call home.
No,CW's mother is on jail...not her father. Twombly is her stepfather.
I caught that too. She also referred to Veronica's children as "daughters", not a son and daughter. Accuracy and attention to detail matters...
@@Sylvie1710 I know, news nation "facts" are about as factual as a 3 headed rabbit. It's like their "anon" tipsters, and a close source input. What they really mean is, a man down the road, knows the shop keeper, whose wifes brother, bought a car from the farmers nieces best friend, who lives 2 villages away from us. I don't mean to make light of it, as this is an extremely serious case, but news nation do it all the time. It's a son and daughter who have their mum, bless them. Cole is not CW dad, hes her step-dad. I will say though, how brave is CW, 16yrs old and has gone against her mum & step-dad in a bid to tell truth and get justice, What an outstanding young lady. @jennipeach2565 (I tagged you too Jenni so i didn't have to type separate replies.
Boy and girl
Have to wonder what is in the minds of these criminals.
They are facing possible death penalty.
Was it worth it? Do they wonder when the thread of sanity went so far off the rails? Do they see clearly the moment when they made the wrong turn and could have made the right one or were they in 100% from the beginning.
The first way they planned to kill her was to throw an ANVIL threw the car window of Veronica’s car window (NOT A WEIGHT THREW THE HOUSE WINDOW LIKE THE SHORT HAIR LADY CLAIMED).
And these people get paid to get the details, that's what's so crazy.
5/15. Did News nation cover the court hearing today?
Reminds me of Donna Adelson and her murder-for-hire of her ex-son-in-law.
Crazy
I hope the little kids are safe and also the 16 yr.old!! Good for the 16 yr.old girl!!
There needs to be a change of venue!
I've experienced family like this one. Where they are totally obsessed. It's really insane.
I have to throw up
The murderers are related to people who are sheriffs, judges, and bankers.
You can't pick your family! My brother is a meth head. Does that make me one?
Cole Twombley is the stepfathet to 16 yr old teenage girl.Ho 4:55 pefully her biological Father is in her life.
Could you please quit just calling them Kansas Moms. They were more than just Moms they were multifaceted human beings. They have names.
How do you get five people to agree on such heinous crime they had to be evil in them to start with I feel for the kids on both sides and families
All five had a hand in the murders, and granny was the head of it all
No surprise at all
They are all guilty!
Would any normal person agree to kill two innocent people becuz Grandma was the ringleader? Get real...they all are responsible for their own actions. At any time any one of those could have gone to authorities and stop this senseless, heartless murder.
They’d have to she was the only one with a dog in that fight the rest were stupid lol what did they get out of it
wonder what would have happened if the 16yo had heard of the plot b4 it actually took place, maybe she would have reported it and these tragedies could have been prevented. suppose it's sad for the 16yo, she'll largely lose her parents, but then again if her parents are double murderers maybe they weren't that pleasant to be around idk
Her stepfather was arrested in connection with the murders, not her biological father.
Until this and every other outlet currently failing so miserably to report this story properly begin to discuss it in the (readily available and thoroughly researchable) context of specific and applicable statutes and procedures in these cases, 'reports' like this one will continue to distort this real-life situation affecting real people into just more clickbaiting and time-wasting gossip, informing no one of anything. As usual.
You got that right
what are the specific applicable statutes and procedures?
@@gregdahlen4375 Too many to list here, and I'm still researching the relevant laws and precedents just to have a basic grasp of the legalities in play. Anybody with an IP and a signal can research that question for themselves: I've spent countless hours doing exactly that and I'm not gonna do your or anyone else's homework for them just to avoid a gotcha-moment in a comment thread. I suggest you get started: it's a rather lengthy course of study. Good keywords help, and knowing your civil from your criminal comes in handy too.
@@roncollins1046 well it's your right but it makes it hard to judge the validity of your original comment that the reporting here is miserable.
one thing I learned from the vid is that when they try to get one of the arrested people to turn against the others, they try to get the least culpable to turn. It makes sense once I heard it. But I don't know if that's a law that they try to get the least culpable to turn or just an approach, don't know how much latitude prosecutors have
@@gregdahlen4375 You raise a good point, in the sense that the law alone is not necessarily the only factor in determining prosecutorial strategy here.
The reason I point out the need for spectators to make themselves literate in the law is that anything less results in the kind of gossip-column coverage we've been seeing in this story to date: audiences take such idiotic outbursts as we've seen in news stories at face value because they haven't bothered to learn more about how the law works.
I'll tell you one thing though: if you read the motions filed yesterday in the case, they show clearly that the defense is gearing up for a long and complicated legal fight, and fully intends to use every provision of law they can to compel the prosecution to meet their burden of proof. Legal literacy in the gallery only helps those looking on to grasp what is really at stake: these were crimes of VIGILANTISM, of perpetrators making up their own laws and denying two women of their lives and six children of their mothers.
Only the law can show conclusively that they were in the wrong.
Knowing the law helps us grasp what is actually going on. Wishful nonsense about cults and confessions and whatnot only weaken the law's effectiveness, which is why the law now allows for this STFU order to put a stop to all the ex-parte rumor-mongering this story has seen so far.
They are all guilty no one made them help kill these ladies ,was they that scare of Granny. Sounds like the police needs the vest not the murderers. Is the people of this town that dangerous.
“950 children died.” In a year, a decade? That’s just a dangling, unsupported supposed fact.
not that it makes a difference, as they are STILL kids who are going to suffer the loss of their mum forever, but I thought the children were a girl and boy? Going by her facebook account, it showed a little boy and a slightly older sister. Either way, these poor angels will suffer, due to these vile horrendous monsters. Cora's daughter is very brave, and I commend her for speaking out. What an outstanding young lady, who will also need support & potential trauma therapy, for all she's seen and witnessed. What a mess. I'm very interested to hear what Wrangler Rickman has to say on all this, his grandmother alleged Wrangler told her of a previous plan, a plan by his mother Tifany (gruesome Granny) to unalive people, but he denied those claims apparently. Wonder when he'll speak? Maybe he'll be called to testify? I know he was in rehab, but I hope he doesn't get custody, and the kids stay with their maternal grandparents and family.
Why does it not surprise me Tifany Adams was the Cimarron County GOP chair.
THIS
Scary
The face filters 😳🙄. The guest speaking looks bizarre. The victim’s fb photo looks fake.
It is okay to be average looking, it is okay to get old.
Nonsense.
the guest blinks to much lol
More important things to worry about
Lots of guesses from this woman....female Fauci
'This poor girl.' Yes, this is exactly what the 16-year-old who masterminded the entire caper wants stupid overprotective adults to think, while conveniently forgetting how devious and duplicitous teenagers are.
I don't think the 16 yr old had anything to do with masterminding this she had nothing to gain
@@ThreePercentRider Other than her final escape from an abusive household and vengeance on all who'd made her suffer, you mean?
Stop questioning the motive of the teen who told law enforcement about the plan. That's low and unfair.
@@l.a.3479 On what authority do you address me in the imperative tense? I'll question who and what I please, especially given that I live in the region where this is occurring and have seen more than enough examples of what teenagers with smart phones are capable of around here and get away with.
Not to mention how many examples i have lived through myself, of the dynamics and enduring results of the mother-stepfather-young-girl household, and the lengths the girls will go to, over a lifetime, to have their revenge for what their mothers allowed their stepfathers to do to them.
I have a very clear and present view of what such a teenager's motives are. The fact that so many adults are buying her overly-elaborate cover story (to explain away her own direct presence within a conspiracy months in the making), on face value, is precisely why teenagers hatch such convoluted plots to begin with: because they know the clueless grownups will believe them.
For all the nonstop speculation on everyone else's motives here, why would anyone NOT question the motives of the prosecution's all-too-easy star witness?
The defense will, with no mercy, I can guarantee you that, if she actually shows up at all when called to testify under oath about every detail of her own story, that is.
Weight in a house? No it was an Anvil through the windshield they thought of throwing. Maybe she should pay more attention to the facts and less on your fake eyelashes and Japanese inspired attire. And we're supposed to take this lady seriously.
