Hey PitmasterX, Returning subscriber here. I had a chance to visit Amsterdam last week - if only for a day - after my connecting flight to Poland got cancelled. I have to say, I was quite impressed. Amsterdam is a very neat city, and all the folks I met were just super. Ate some great food, too. It was impressive enough that I think my next vacation will be to the The Netherlands. (I _was_ sort of surprised how big smoking still is, though. Seeing smoking areas outside airports and hotels kind of blew my mind. Pretty much everywhere is "smoke free" in the U.S. these days).
Can you please add Fahrenheit? I’m in the us and I can do the conversion but, it would be easier for your US followers if you could say the equivalent from metric.
As a guy that cooks whole prime ribs every year, you did a great job. What is this Celsius mess you are referring to? 😛 I was not clear in the video, you pulled is off the grill at 47c (116F) correct? I don’t have the fancy grill like you, so I start early and rest mine in a quality cooler while waiting for dinner time. Works great.
You know I have followed you for years and I rarely miss any of your videos. Absolutely top 3 I follow on this platform. But please stop calling it a “meter thermometer”. You are actually calling it a “meter thermo meter”. It’s either a wired or wireless thermometer my friend. Don’t be mad. Never would try to embarrass you but it drives me crazy. 🙏🏻

Yup, USA is super soft now.
Off the charts! That is done to perfection.
That roast's a masterpiece....
Been building the courage to make one of these for Christmas🎉🎉
This will be my third Christmas in a row doing a Rib roast. Just use a thermometer and you cant mess it up
I´ve once "rested" a brisket in the oven at 75 degrees for 22 hours. Took it to another level. Very juicy and tender.
Beautiful looking beef. Just cooked to perfection!
just wanted to share that im going to surprise my GF tomorrow with some beefribs, without your channel i wouldve never even thought of it
It looks delicious, but wood and charcoal still the standard. But I could use this as well and would love to use this smoker on Brisket
It makes the perfect brisket 👌
I believe that @@PITMASTERX
Roel, you are a rock star!
I make this every Christmas 🎄 ❤
Looks fantastic! Yumm
Looking good Mr Roel. Can you make a video for some of granny’s fudge nuggets to go along with that?
Wow! That is awesome!
Dat ziet er heerlijk uit!👍 En denk maar zo als het mislukt.... wie tot 10 kan tellen, kan iedere pizzeria bellen 😅😅
Awesome!
Damn that looks tasty! I do wonder how much a cut like that would cost?
Hallo Roel,
Könntest du mir bitte mal sagen wie der Tisch unter dem Borniak heisst.
Danke
It's an official Borniak BBQ table
It'll be hard NOT to do this in two weeks
Hey Roel, ik wil deze maken op eerste kerstdag, maar is het verstandig om een dag van te voren te kruiden of direct voor bereiding?
Can you smoke meat with bamboo sticks skewers? Because I got a lot of them

Was your blade on the saw mounted oposit?
Geen sear of fry?
Seems like a lot of work, I think I'll "Just give grandma some porridge"

The product is named Meater, so Meater thermometer is acceptable. "Meater probe" would be the best way to say it.
@@Funexpected I didn’t know that. Thanks for sharing.
Toen ik deze smoker zag, was ik direct klaar met deze video. Wie koopt er nou zo'n ding
