Rob, for whatever reason Pt. 3 was much more entertaining than Pt 2. I think either because you filmed it yourself this time or the maybe editing was better. Either way I am glad you are back doing motorcycle repair videos! Keep it up!
@@MotoBikeLifeNC it was great weather today for sure, I still had ice in my driveway until this afternoon. But I saw the NC in your name and thought I might have seen you on Beaver Dam near Falls Lake. There were a few folks out and about there today on two wheels.
And he finally washed the bike...LOL. Nice. It's running. How cool? I always learn something watching your videos. I flip bikes here in Australia. Banker by trade. I have a brother who's a technician. A neighbor who's a jack of all trades...a bit of RUclips and the workshop manuals and Rob's your uncle. Sold the 10th bike on Friday. My Hyosung GT650 is almost done. Looks like a Ducati/MV Augusta from far. Came out amazing. For under U.S.$1500. Got all the nic nacs...golden chain...fat rear tire. Keep up the good work. Not a jealous person, but I envy you with the Ducati. You rock man.....
I can't wait to see it together. Just a tip as a retired tech you should never wash your bike with the key in the ignition the water can run in beside the key.
Honestly even if it's too expensive to flip, I think the knowledge you gain from repairing it is worth it considering you own a garage! Makes it easier for you to repair the next V4s that you come across.
Oh yeah! She wants (and deserves) a new life. This is exciting... can't wait for more. Rob, have you considered to use a bluetooth microphone? In my opinion, it would be helpful to have more stable audio when you are in different positions or at a distance.
Strong progress Rob, looking forward to hearing how you plan to replace or repair the damaged fairings. Ducati is proud of their parts lol. And did I see S22's on it? I love Bridgestone's on my bikes, but any thoughts on swapping out for Pirellis?
yo nice progress on the build 🤙 i didn't have the extra funds to stop by last season . gonna come by in a few months for some work whenever i get some extra income
I was waiting for this. I knew that screen was gonna be blinking. How are you gonna reset the default codes if you get all the wiringing and sensors situated. Im curious. I know the new BMW's only the dealer can flash it. Even for maintenance intervals the damn thing flashes until the dealer resets it because they dont want you doing it yourself.
Highly suggest you transfer that sticker from the broken stay to the new stay. Or Ducati could claim the bike stolen. You aren’t dealing with a Japanese bike. Ducati is very particular with these bikes.
So you wanna tell me, u tryin to rebuild a totaled Ducati but you don´t know that u have to put it in neutral to start (or run it) with kickstand down? LMAO
Hey! I work for an after market motorcycle parts company, if you need anything please reach out to me.. we can help you out for sure!! We specialize in Ducati
@richardtavarez2614 send me an email rkmotorsports716@gmail.com, I am actively looking for aftermarket companies/ parts to integrate into this build, I would love to see what you guys have to offer, Thanks!

Were you out and about riding today by any chance?
@@danchase1479 I wish I was able to get out today! It was 55 degrees. But no not today.

For starting it with the kick stand down u have to put it in neutral
This is the best iteration of the series because it’s a Ducati. Ducatis are special.

Another great video, cheers Rob 👍
Nice work bro!! I'd love to have a V4. I have an 1199s. Ducatis are fun. Not the fastest but have a unique feel to them. It's Expensive to fix tho.
The second device on the front stay is the bike's IMU.
yo nice progress on the build 🤙

Nice video best wishes and good luck
cool vid bro, I like it better when you filmed it yourself
Você ligou o fio do interruptor invertido, por isso a chave do interruptor está invertida, quando está na posição desligado, está ligado
Also: Is the frame been measured yet?
I haven't seen you so happy for a while 😅
Try to grind the old front stay into powder...
It's made of magnesium, it would do some kick ass firework 😂
I'm waiting for the 55th episode to complete it up and drive 😉
Damn bro you live in a scenic location
Doing the pins is easy if you use the correct tool
I also tinned the conductors of the respective pins !
Ok 👏🎉👍 Rob
Great 🔥 Where are you, with T-Shirt in winter 😂
Hopefully you can do Aprilia next. Italian bikes are simply better than the Japanese ones
Wonderful

It's ALIVE
Time to invest in some propper crimp pliers :)
Awesome
I am in india big fan of you 🎉❤

Hell yer Rob winner
I have a challenge for you build my bike haha
Can we have longer videos?

Remember if the kill switch is on you will hear the fuel pump prime good luck
Go back to longer episodes please
Not seeing the cleaned bike at the end is really messing with my OCD.
Down is the run position. Someone's wired that up wrong
Man I would be really much happier to see the after wash look in this video dam
Content is very short
I’m sorry but they just aren’t Ducatis! No dry clutch sound!! No thunderous roar!
dry clutches sound like shit anyways
Ducatis are shit anyways.
I don’t understand the logic of cleaning it before the wrap is off and all the parts are attached
Great stuff I thought you bought a lemon when I see it on the floor before you got it. It starts yippee do dah happy chappy.
I want 😂😂 japan from
Download yourself the manual and learn the functions, make your life easier
