My impression of the model is that Special Hobby and Tarangus took a great idea and failed to implement it properly. In addition to the fact that the model has some technical inaccuracies, it is made at a low level. But if you want to have Viggen on your shelf, then you have few alternatives. Either kits as old as mammoth bones, or Special Hobby/Tarangus. From this kit you can cut out a good model with a file.

That thing belongs in a museum:-)! Grew up 100 yards from the fence of F17 in Sweden in the 80’s.
A couple of times a week, the whole house shook and the windows rattled at 2am when a pair of Viggens departed full afterburner, to identify some target in the Baltic Sea.

the Viggen is a subject that has always fascinated me, as well as his "brother" Draken and after watching your video I decided to build the Viggen kit from matchbox that I bought many years ago in a flea market... I just hope the 50 year old decals are still usable.

Nose pitot is on its place. Maybe it is too thin? On final photos it is clearly visible.

Какие сопло и давление были при нанесении камуфа? Как скоро, покрасочную маску возвращали на покрашенное место?

На наклейку масок времени ушло много. Ну не час не два, наверное больше. Все окрашивалось аэрографом H&S с соплом 0,15, но сопло старое, поэтому сейчас оно ближе к 0,2. Давление меньше атмосферы (на регуляторе при включенной подаче воздуха). Низкое давление чтобы исключить затекание краски на край маски, поэтому краска достаточно жидко разведена и наносилась в несколько заходов тонкими слоями. Так как я никуда не спешил, то маски возвращал на место на следующий день.
