I really hope Huber becomes a more permanent member of MinnMax. I've always been a fan of Huber, his energy is so palpable and passionate, but I feel like he's not reaching his full potential at Easy Allies anymore. With the current EZA gang, Huber's passion just doesn't translate well anymore, imo, ... But seeing him with the MinnMax crew in recent episodes has been a delight and he fits in so well.
It's admirable that Blood is trying to keep EZA going as long as possible after all their numerous departures but it's only really him, Huber, Isla and Damiani left in terms of on camera personalities as Don + Gabby are more support staff. It's really not the same anymore, MinnMax would be a great place for Huber to land if anything were to happen
I agree. I suspect MM is at critical mass and any extra cohorts would start cutting into other cohorts' earnings, which is why he's specifically filling in for JeffM, but would love it if they could find a long term space for him

This is my favorite video game podcast. The chemistry between y'all each week is just so good and I love all of the different opinions that you bring to the table. It's so fun. 😊
Cameron Monaghan is cool or whatever, but I think a lot of people agree that the character he's been given in Cal Kestis is extremely bland. He's not fun, or charming or witty in any way really. He's just, a guy. I don't think anyone can blame Cameron for that.

I may be biased as a long time fan of GT/EZA, but please keep Michael Huber on in whatever capacity you can. I think he fits in great at MinnMax, and it's such a pleasure to see him getting to have fresh conversations and form new bonds (as he loves to say).
2 Episodes in and really enjoying it. The aesthetic and feel is great, they have done a good job of transposing that from a game to a TV show. additionally, many reviews comparing this to the Last of Us keep forgetting that Fallout is sprawling open world type RPG, where as the Last of Us is a more directed short form story, so easier to adapt.
Finally someone brings some Jedi Survivor love to the show! They all act like they didn’t hate on it, but it was nowhere to be found on the 2 Tens discussion. Love Huber’s takes and his positivity!
Props to Leo bringing up the Falador Massacre. I wasn't there but I heard through word of mouth soon after it had happened. Such a fun milestone in Runescape history.
Never thought I’d hear about the Falador Massacre on MinnMax lol. The in-game house party was in celebration of the fact that Cursed You was the first person to reach 99 construction in the game. The victims could not fight back at all either because the glitch only provided the attackers with the option, so it was like being hit by an NPC that you couldn’t fight back against. Durial321 is the name typically associated with the massacre, and he was actually in a pking clan so he had the knowledge of how to pk effectively , hence why he caused so much carnage. It went on for an hour before mods intervened, and unfortunately the victims did not get their stuff back because no server rollback was granted. Everyone brought their best gear because it was a house party, so many people were left broke if they were killed.
@18:50 "blast radius" is the most hilarious way to diescribe overlapping with a big game release date. Lol Jedi Survivor was amazing. I do need to go back and do dark side power build.
When Huber talked about it being rare to have good space combat in a ground based Star Wars game, I immediately wanted to blurt out "KOTOR HAD SPACE BATTLES!" And then I remembered how by the end of that game I was loudly groaning if one popped up when I just wanted to get to my destination already...
That Triple I direct might be my favorite I’ve seen in a while: Streets of Rogue 2, 33 Immortals, Hyper Light Breaker, Slay the Spire 2, and The Rogue PoP All look great and actually got me excited for future game releases

I do think there was room for a conversation there, for example Japanese devs might avoid the number 4 because it's a custom in Japan since the number 4 resembles the kanji for Death to skip it, so that could be the reason why we never got a Mario with a 4 in the title.
I cannot get behind Janet's comment about standing in the plane. I'm 6 ft 4 most plane seats are extremely uncomfortable..even extra leg room seats the actual seating pad itself is not specced for legs that tall so its awful. I will stand up the second I can especially on long haul flights
it's a shame that jedi survivor got such a bad rap at release due to performance issues. playing it now on PC and I'm having a ton of fun. it's a good ass game. combat is varied and fun, the reposiveness of controls and parry-timings are much improved from the previous game, the game has a hint system so I'm not constantly being told the solution to puzzles.. the cosmetic rewards for exploration are great: cal kestis is my Jedi barbie and I can dress him up however I want.

People get so angry about standing up on planes before the doors are open :') why? I am an early stander. I feel cooped up, static, impatient, and I'd prefer to be standing up with my bag on than stewing in my seat!
The issue is it cramps the aisle, sometimes cramps the seats (if people bring their duffle back down or something), and it means when the exit happens people just start moving forward semi "out of order" of the rows.
