I got all the way to first menu but I can not see the Face and Video in that folder, change to other folder that have face and source Video and still nothing come up.... why.!

Hi, thanks for the video. I tried to install Rope-next and the installation is successful. However, when I try to swap the face, I get blurry face. It used to work well for rope main. I have also placed all the models in models folder. Can you help me in case you are aware of this?

@@fahdmirza I found a fix for it. Turned out the inswapper model I downloaded was causing this issue. I actually used the one for TensorRT and it started working fine.

I had the same issue. if you check pythjon version it will kick you out of cur directory. Just cd back into directory for Rope.

i have Python 3.11.4 in my system does get affect if i install python 3.10.0 from choco and same thing goes with ffmpeg package ?
I would suggest you do that in virtual environment
