The waterfall at the end. There is a lake that feeds it a 10 minute walk up the rocks .. Peddler's Lake.. with sheer cliffs surrounding it.. its the highlight of Connor Pass.
Absolutely beautiful from beginning to end! The scenery & views there are just breathtaking! Ireland is truly one of the most beautiful countries in the world. Thank you for sharing this delightful experience! Blessings to you both!
What a beautiful video. Love those waterfalls, I could watch them all day long. Ireland is a very scenic place and I loved every second. Please take care
That brought back memories. I walked the Ring of Kerry via a great walking trail through the Black Valley. It took about a week at a leisurely pace. Slea Head drive I know like the back of my hand. St Galarus's Oratory is a hidden gem. Well done lads. Another well edited showcase.
OMG, you do such great videos. I appreciate them because I am one that will never get there to see what you are showing us and I love the way you explain everything so slowly thank you and happy new year.
Not seen this part of the world. Very scenic and the drives along the coast and through the passes was a joy. Very beautiful and so green. Thanks guys.
Great reviews , really enjoyed watching ( Irishman living in Crete !) I walked the Gap of Dunloe about 5 yrs ago around January and I got the wettest ever , rain was horizontal! My waterproofs were soaking after 15 mins , but loved it , amazing views all along the way , well done !
Merry Christmas Memory Seekers, thank you for sharing the beautiful landscape of Ireland with us, they were just breath taking, absolutely beautiful. Looking forward to the new year. Happy New Year guys.
Happy New Year, Will & Simon! I'm curled up watching the gorgeous scenic drive through County Kerry on a dark & stormy night in Houston, Texas. Looking forward to your travels in 2024. Stay safe.
28:12 Loved it, loved it, LUVD it!!❤ Thank you so much for this beautiful drive around Kerry - My great grandmother emigrated from Tralee in County Kerry to Australia & I've always longed to see it! - I saw a photograph of Tralee main street once & it was so strange, I felt like I'd been there before - Missed Ireland when we visited the UK & always regretted it, but you brought it to life! - I could almost taste the fish & chips, yum! Amazing music too, THANK YOU HEAPS! - Love from Sydney ❤❤❤❤❤
The scenery in Ireland is beautiful and the people are very friendly. I always came back from Ireland and I felt so energized. This video is well done, thank you for taking us along. Happy new year Simon and Will 🎉.
Thanks for that Boys. A sobering view of what the weather in Ireland can be like! Makes the memories of our 1 trip to the Island, and in particular the wild South-West with a Gaeltact-resident guide, seem all the more fortunate. Only being hosed upon for 1 day out of the whole 2 weeks. 😉The warmth of the locals always compensates though and their sense of fun is infectious. 😊
Greetings from the bottom of my heart to you, Professor Simon. We thank you for your efforts in entertaining us with these mind-blowing scenes. I wish you and your family a year of goodness and happiness. Happy New Year, good health and peace. May God be with you, Dr. Dhia Al-Tai. Greetings, my relative Abdul Halim Hafez. I hope to meet you when I visit the United Kingdom.
Hi Simon and Will. I just finished reading An Irish Country Christmas by Patrick Taylor. A charming story that provided a peek into the everyday lives of people in a small Irish community in the early 60’s. Now here you are showcasing a video on this beautiful part of Ireland. I’ll have to check out your others. It may have been windy, but you did a great job. Loved the outro. Nice to see your beautiful smiling blue eyes and big grin Simon. Happy New Year to you and yours! All the best to you both in 2024! ❤️🇨🇦🇬🇧🍺🍻🎉🥂🎊
Wow..just amazing ❤ enjoyed the ride 😊 mountains, great water grounds, sheep's & the entire scenery is so captivating 👌😍 Such a heart warming video in a cool December , just perfect.. Happy new year to you both ⛄❄
Sheep! So many darling woolly surprises! Mountain driving is much more relaxing when you're driving guys! (Especially on the "wrong" side of the road, lol) Fish restaurant looks great! I wonder if they make their own tortillas for the tacos. In San Diego, we are extremely spoiled with every kind of Mexican food you can imagine. It's interesting to see how cuisine has traveled around the world. Such lovely calm scenery, though the weather did catch up with you. I do wonder at the "pony carts" added to the mix during the crowded summer. Hopefully people are courteous, and in less of a hurry. Happy New Year!
Wonderful scenery, so much to take in. My husband was from county Mayo, and on many visits (usually a wedding), I would panic in case we got lost, as most of the roads( loosely termed, due to grass growing down the centre) were unnamed. Croagh Patrick was a favourite place for us
We were supposed to go to County Mayo when the pandemic hit, maybe we will get that back on our travel books later this year. I have marked the place you mention! Thanks!
We found the roads in County Mayo to be among the best we encountered anywhere. And they had none of the notorious potholes that we keep reading are everywhere in the UK.
slight correction those houses may not necessarily be in the national park as only one side of the gap is actually in the park and besides as NP are state land in ireland, private houses are probably not part of the park even if they are surrrounded by the park.I could be wrong of course those houses could be rented out from the park. The Irish model for National parks is very different to the UK in that its usually all state owned land.

10:55 where did this mystery ribbon come from?? Beautiful video, such incredible views!
It was like a long grass or something like that, the wind whipping them up like tumbleweed.

It's impressive to see this once.
The world there is still desolate and empty, as if it had just been created, haha!
Thanks for the movie!
Well done for Dec, you captured some interesting light
The skies were certainly moody at time.
Thanks for the detailed drives. Great to see.
Glad you enjoyed it

Not for now I am afraid.

Please show Cranford
We visited the village that they filmed Cranford in a few years ago. Here is the link ruclips.net/video/6tBIxg02IKI/видео.html
Could you please brother Simon the name of the track that starts at the 20th minute of this clip?
There is no music at the 20th minute.
Gap of Dunloe is rather baron, no trees.
Did you not notice the 100% rocky terrain? Trees can't grow on bare rocks.
@@helenaville5939: Obvious .
